Warm and friendly staff, answer questions with patience. Long lines very busy, they work hard and long hours and still smiling. And what they say is true the waiting is worth it authentic Puerto Rican cuisine and so very delicious. Weepa!

Came here as a recommendation from someone working in the touristy part of Salem and I am so glad we did! The reviews saying there is a communication barrier are true, but don't let that scare you away. Friendly staff, just walk up to the food area if you want food and point at which items look good. We ended up with a huge plate of rice, beans, and some sort of beef dish for less than $15, it was enough for 2 people! Great food and great experience.
