The Tipsy Cowboy in Salem is definitely one of my favorite bars I’ve been to in the world! Friendly service and great food on the water at Pickering Wharf in Salem. We had lots of fun playing music trivia at the bar! Highly recommended.“

“The service was very good and the food was overall enjoyable. The atmosphere in the back room could use some improvement, but it didn't take away too much from the experience. We especially loved the oyster appetizer special—everything else was great as well, with the exception of the duck special, which was much too sweet for our taste. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely come back.“

“Burger are great. Ordered wings from Uber Eats and the picture looked like a much bigger portion size and was kinda pricy. The food was delicious, just a bit disappointed with the size. Would recommend adjusting the picture to match reality or increasing the portion sizes.“
