“This is going to sound funny - I'm leaving a review, even though I didn't end up booking my event at Granite Coast Brewing. I had been planning birthday party and the original space fell through. I was in a bind to find an alternate space and reached out to a number of places. I was so impressed how responsive Amy from GCBC was - she was empathetic to my situation and tried to make it work on short notice. Even in just a few interactions she went above and beyond. My experience with Granite Coast was so great that although in the end they didn't have availability for this event, I am hoping to hold an event there in the future!“

“visited the Salem Willows location for the first time the other night, as a person with allergies I was thrilled to be able to enjoy the Vegan cookies and creme with GF Oreos 😍 delicious! And the staff was amazing, TJ answered all my allergy questions with a smile, really helpful, and Olivia gave us gorgeous cups of ice cream that were perfectly scooped, not always the case when you get ice cream on a hot day, so thank you to you both 🥰❤️“

“I’ve ordered from Mr. Petisco multiple times, and the coxinhas are the best I’ve ever had. Since I found this place, it’s where I always go for my coxinhas, the other places around just don’t compare. It’s a small place but worth the ride, you have to try for yourself and see how delicious everything is.“

“My boyfriend surprised me with a little drive to get something to eat. And we ended up here at Malayah’s Maple Minis! And we got a mix of all their stuffed pancake minis and some of the regular pancake minis! And they were sooooo good. The Nutella and chocolate stuffed mini pancakes were the absolute best!! And the two people working there were so polite and very helpful! They even gave us a 20% off coupon for the next time we come!! Plus I found out they are throwing a Halloween Costume Party the 24th of October that I think my daughter would love!!

“I gave them 5 stars because when they have the cookies, they are amazing! Service is always friendly and they are always busy doing something, and how can anyone be upset when you walk in and smell freshly baking cookies? The only downfall is that some cookies do sell out fast, so get there early if you have your eye on something popular.“

“This is a review that should have been done a couple years back, but I completely forgot, and this place deserves it. I came in from out of state to visit Salem, and stopped in here. The beer was great; but an added bonus was that these guys could not have been nicer to talk to. When I mentioned I brew, and would love to start something up as a new post-retirement career, they were supportive, offered to give any advice they could, and made this such a great visit to a place I didn’t know existed until it turned up on a Google search for “Breweries near me.” I hope to be back in Salem sooner than later, and I will make it a point to stop in and have more beer than I probably should. “First time visiting Marblehead and Mookie’s was the breakfast spot closest to where we are staying. Hubby and I both had an egg, cheese and bacon on an English muffin and pumpkin iced lattes and everything was delish! We’re going back tomorrow for breakfast again!“

The latte i ordered was a perfect balance between sweetness, espresso, and milk BECAUSE i ordered it half sweet. So be ware, if you like sweet drinks great, if not, you can always ask for half sweet.“
