“Solene was absolutely incredible. This was my first time coming in after several recommendations and I was impressed. The staff was positive, the store was clean, and Solene went out of her way to help me. The woman that answered the phone was extremely sweet the food was delivered fairly quickly and the delivery gentleman was very sweet also the food was perfect temperature and delicious we got the Italian calzone and chicken ceasar salad and ceasar wrap! “My husband and l brought our grandchildren to lunch after playing at Lyons Park great playground, hibiscus and beach.
The staff was very patient as the grands figured out what they wanted to eat and read the contents of the potato chips and beverages as part of their hunt for healthy choices. (This is a family game…that started after Grandpa had a heart attack). The grands thought it was terrific that all the employees were named “Mike” as evidenced by the fact all the uniforms said “Mike”.

Our grandson loved reading the captions on the silenced TV game show.

The food was good and better yet, there is a playground next to Pizza Mike’s. We wondered if we could find out the softball schedule. We would be able to lunch and watch a game out of Pizza Mike’s side window.

There is the BEST Dollar Store in the same little plaza. We bought a few school supplies and B. Is going to ask her Mom to return to shop for her birthday party next week.

This chick with green bangs and a know it all attitude was so rude and disrespectful to my mother when she put together a group of 13 of us to all go out to send off my nephew for deployment. She was unhelpful and we waited over two hours for a table. We totally get it’s a huge party so we get we would have to wait but the side comments and being rude is absurd. Then we took a picture on the way out and she was making comments to her host friend who took the picture. Do better hiring people with good people skills.“

We decided to try this Panera in Lynnfield after running some errands and we were impressed with the quality of both the service and the food. We ordered a large pizza and some fingers, but when we opened the box all of the cheese and toppings were completely off the pizza, slid into the back of the box. Now, understanding that it's likely that it happened during delivery we called and asked for a new pizza and said we will give them back the disaster of grease and cheese we recieved. Completely discourages me from ordering again, unless of course we skip the courtesy of delivery and pick it up ourselves.“
