Dunkin' Donuts in Salem

“I walked into this Dunkin yesterday and what a treat! This Dunkin is beautifully decorated for Halloween. Shout out to Nayroby who has some serious interior design skills. It looks wonderful! Staff is always helpful and Randy goes above and beyond. Great food, excellent employees, drive thru. Can’t go wrong with this location. This Dunkin is a gem.“

“Cynthia is a goddess and always aces my food orders. She's such a friendly face and it's worth coming here just to see her. They never mess up my coffees (unlike other dunks where I'll have to ask for extra milk/cream and sugar). I miss the old layout from before the renovation, but it's still 10/10“

“I’m in this dunks almost every morning, and the manager is amazing, if I don’t order ahead online, I will walk in and she’s so sweet already knows my order, and lets me know when they will get my favorite double chocolate donut. She’s always got a smile on her face, and ignores the rude comments rude customers like to say when they’ve had a bad morning. Thank you!“

“Very cute the line moved very quickly. Only downside was their fortuneteller machine was down so instead they handed out to the fortune. It’s very cute and the donuts were delicious. Coffee was a little bitter, but that just might be my preference.“

“This is one of the best remodeled Dunkin’s that I have been to. What sets this store apart is the staff, especially the morning staff when it’s the busiest time. The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.“

“Came to visit the store during Halloween week and it was so cool seeing the purple slime everywhere!!! The staff seem a little tired but they were still nice. They even gave out free Halloween tattoos haha. Definitely recommend coming to see if it’s all decorated!!“

“Dunkin Donuts is pretty good if you get fresh donuts. Where else could you get the best of Duncan when you're in Massachusetts. I believe I had a hangover when I went there and I don't understand that taste good but I have been at other Dunkin Donuts and they were really good. The coffee is really good. Their donuts are really good. Sometimes the wait staff is not very sharp. I don't know what's up with that.“

I didn’t catch the guy’s name who rang me up but I did catch Luiz’s name They were the sweetest people ever, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve had at a Dunkin.. and I go daily.
