“Me and my brother ordered from here a couple of days ago; he ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel with a refresher; and I ordered a Shaken Espresso with a Bacon Jam Grilled Cheese. The ordering process was somewhat difficult, which I would recommend speaking loud and clear if you decide to order from here. The food had no problems, my brother's sandwich turned out well, along with our drinks. My grilled cheese was the only thing that suffered, as it was not toasted enough and the sourdough was tough, despite still being edible.“
“My daughter and I spent all afternoon and dinner in Salem. We literally went everywhere to find a bathroom. Frustrated, we looked for the nearest Dunkin to kill two birds with one stone. I needed a caffeinated beverage and we needed to use bathroom.
We finally found this Dunkin on the way back to Boston. I let me daughter use the bathroom first while I looked over the drink menu. I stopped into a Dunkin in Sharon the other day, I really wanted to try the chocolate covered strawberry latte. And for the life of the gal behind the counter she couldn't ring it up. I ended up getting something easy that should could ring up. So, I took the chance to order it again and the sweet gentleman behind the counter got me all taken care of!
My drink was finished. My daughter and I got to freshen before we loaded back into the car. The gal that was working behind the counter that also helped me was fabulous! She was so kind and I enjoyed our conversation. This location is nothing compared to Sharon. I had such a great experience with both employees.
Needless to say, my coffee was fantastic! It tasted like it was named, a chocolate covered strawberry. I needed this pick me up and it was perfect. I was determined to have a great coffee from Dunkin while I stayed in Boston. We don't have one in my neck of the woods. So, thank you to the Lynn location for making it happen!“
“The only thing that was disturbing was that me and another customer bumped into each other but my holitday cookie latte fell and all the employees just watched me cleaned didn't ask if I needed help or a replacement cuz the whole thing was gone but I've been going for decades and that won't stop me“
“All depends on which DD's you go to. I'm usually happy with the service. I went to one I believe it was a traffic circle in Lynnfield. My order was wrong. I didn't realize it til I drove off. I couldn't go back. But lesson learned.“
“Dawn is her name. She is mature and customer friendly. I see her interactions with other customers. Even if she is helping with another order. She gives eye contact and says -be right with you- or something to that effect. When she was away visiting family I missed her presence. She is a valued worker in a place that gets very busy often“
“Grabbed my regular iced coffee at Dunkin’ – can’t start my day without it! Later in the afternoon, I stopped at PapaJack for a late lunch. Their buffalo chicken wrap was fire! Always fresh and flavorful. Great spot to chill and grab something hearty.“
“I love this Dunkin' Donuts!! and I personally love Sheila! She is so nice, remembers my order and brightens my day with her positive energy but everyone here is amazing all there vibes are amazing they seem so happy to be there and I'm not joking“
“I like this pit stop after a fun trip to Barkland Ave with my pups. The lady here this time was decked out for st Paddy's day coming up being almost half Irish Scottish I was impressed and asked if I can take her pic for a review ! The ice coffee is strong and plenty of ice but this is expected from every dunks some places the iced ain't fresh but it def is here I enjoyed my pick me up after Dog park enjoy this nice local coffee joint !“
“I finally used the dunks app today. Received free espresso shot for this small order . You can name the order if you think you will re order same thing again . So I recommend taking the time to get the app to save time and get free items. Alot of nut free dairy free egg free foods here . My son loves the bacon topped avocado toast it's completely safe for a kid with peanut tree nut egg or dairy allergy . They do have a few tables too.
Dietary restrictions: My son has anaphylaxis life threat food allergies. Carries epi pen junior. He can tolerate sausage on croissant no egg or cheese. Avocado toast with bacon, old fashioned munchkin, strawberry coolata wheat bagel with jelly . Glazed donut didn't work out but old fashioned he definetly can eat. If you ask they can change gloves so you don't get egg on the food“
“Easily one of the most chaotic Dunkin’ visits I’ve ever had. The manager spent the entire time berating employees over a ticket machine, openly insulting them in front of customers instead of leading. Even worse, she tried to influence customers to talk down to the employees as well, calling them “stupid”. The toxic environment was impossible to ignore—employees looked miserable, and the inappropriate behavior between them was shocking. I’m just glad my kid wasn’t with me to witness it. Those employees deserve better.“
