Dunkin' Donuts in Saugus

“Staff were polite and efficient when I popped in here after a hike at the Breakheart Reservation. We also tried the ghost pepper donut and it's hard to describe properly. The texture of the ghost pepper sprinkles(?) is similar to pop rocks. The heat is very mild and I wouldn't even call it spicy. The frosting is probably strawberry but we're not sure. It works and they balance each other out. An interesting experience but I'll probably stick with jam the next time.“

“The Dunkin I went to in mass was the best so far. They had the donuts I wanted, service was beyond great, and atmosphere gets 3 stars only cuz I went through drive through so I couldnt really rate it fairly so I thought 3 stars was being fair to where I hadnt gone inside the store.“

“Everyone at this location needs a good raise or 2. I'm here literally every single day and everyone is so nice as well hospitable. I'm always greeted with warmth and genuine kindness. My order is always made 110% exactly how it should be. The whole team is wonderful. Hands down the best Dunkin location around. Even it's out of my way on a different route, I still always come here specifically. 11/10. Best Dunkin team here.“

“Shoutout to the manager/employee Jericha at Dunkin at 1204 broadway that helped me today. One of her employees gave me an iced latte with burnt espresso, a common problem I have. I used to work at Dunkin and employees will brew a large amount of shots at once and then let the pot sit there until someone orders espresso. The problem with this method is, espresso is meant to be served EXPRESS. So it’s very obvious when my drink is made wrong. I politely asked her to remake it. She walked over to the espresso machine and walked back and handed me the same exact coffee! At this point the manager Jericha asked me to drive to the front where she brought me the actual 2nd coffee made by her employee, which Jericha asked if I liked and I told her it was still wrong. Jericha took back the coffee the other employee made and made me the CORRECT coffee herself and even gave me a medium instead of small! Thank you to Jericha for going the extra mile to correct the mistake!“
