Nobody is better than the next person and karma is very real. I've seen him physically push (not hard or violently) a woman at the register to the side and speak down to her. He took over the register while browbeating this woman. PEOPLE NOTICE MR.MANAGER. I believe if people read this they'll be watching for this behavior. Nobody can miss seeing you with all your gold rings,chain and overwhelming cologne. ??“
“Weird location, tiny building, tiny parking lot, BUT great service, and everything is clean. Highly recommend if you're driving through and need a coffee. Expect the drive through to be extremely busy. Walk-in service is pretty quick though.“
“My order was delayed big time and food was not ready for 30 minutes. I was bit angry at first then realized the staffing problem all businesses having now.I called the café and spoke with the Manager, Tanya. Explained my problem (politely ?) and asked if she is having short staffing. She acknowledged it. She was there at the café today on her day off because someone called sick, and she does not have any other employees.I salute Tanya and staffs for keeping the door open for their customers.Many businesses (including Starbucks) open few days a week and/or reduced hours.Therefore, my 5 Stars goes to all local small businesses who keeps the door open for their customers, despite the staffing shortage.“

“There's two guys in particular at the drive-thru in the morning Vaughn Middlesex avenue.They're quick The orders are always correct. (For me anyway)And they find a way to goof around to give you a smile at first thing in the morning! It just makes for a happy day! I know I'm also a checkout person at a retail store. Dealing with the public stuff sometimes got to find a way to make a smile.This place does that“
“It’s Boston, dunkin is everywhere but this is one of the better ones. It’s recently been renovated and has the coffee on tap. They almost always get the order right when you use the app. Sometimes they forget something from the order but it’s usually right. The staff is friendly and the drive thru is quick.“
“The new Dunkin coconut refreshers are good. I tried peach and pomegranate. The peach is sweeter and, in my opinion more honest tasting, the pomegranate tasted like purple and more grapey than pomegranate. But both were good. I suggest asking for whipped cream topping at checkout so they can put the correct lid.Edit: February is my favorite month because my FAVORITE Donut, Brownie, is on the menu again!! “AN ABSOLUTELY MUST DO! 3 & 3/4 Stars for The Dunkin' Donuts but they get Extra Bonus Points because of the historic property the donut shop sits upon. This is nicknamed "The Woodstock Dunkin' Donuts". The City of Medford MA gets to claim bragging rights because 2 of the Biggest Events in the world took place here. There's the DD on Commercial St in Medford that's where they shot the Bennifer (Jennifer Lopez & Ben Affleck) Funny Commercial about Ben working @ The Dunkin' Donuts. that aired on the Superbowl & many times since then. The other one is at this location on Salem St. in Medford MA. where Hanley Sound once stood. There is now a monument out in front telling people what this place formerly was a few decades ago. This is where the sound for Woodstock, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Rolling Stones, The Pope, President LBJ, Madison Square Garden, Fenway Park & many others was created. Before this musicians had a tinny speaker, amplifier & microphone & even if they were good they sounded terrible. The Hanley Brothers pioneered concert sound for the masses. Bill Hanley is called "The Father of Festival Sound". At the top right hand corner of the monument, you'll see the iconic symbol for Woodstock. You can read my review of the Hanley Sound Monument for more details & info. "The Woodstock Dunkin' Donuts" has indoor seating with tables & chairs. They also have counter seating with large windows that look out onto the street. There is No Drive-Thru but they have a DD ATM machine in their Pink & Orange colors. There's also a wall mural of people on the go drinking Dunkin Donuts Coffee. It's pretty Cool that you are eating & drinking on hallowed ground in here. Hanley pioneered the sound of music royalty & many others too. I got an iced coffee which is your standard Dunkin' Donuts brew which was Good! It used to be, you had to have Mega Bucks & be really Rich to have the Good Life, not anymore. The Game has changed. You've been Upgraded. Now You Can Live Like a King on a Limited Budget!“
