“I love this location!...even though I haven't stopped into a Dunks in a while (been bringing my own breakfast). Today I decided to buy breakfast. “They just totally redid this place and it's now nice it used to be small and terrible to go into now it's nice and big and cleanParking: There's literally 5 spots in this tiny tiny sloped parking lot and people park like idiots here taking up more than 1 spot so there's never really parking in the lot I park right after the location on the right side of the road even though it says no parking if your just running in and out of dunkins real quick your never going to get a ticket or get towed“

“I went through the 711 and found the dunkin. I had a $5 gift card i got from southampton street shelter and i told the guy i wanted something cold and caffeinated and sweet that was less than but close to $5. He gave me an iced coffee with sugar and cream for like 4.40. It was good. The end.“

“Henry and Leo in the Proger Building were cleaning the shop so well and recommending the best donuts (my favorites are glazed blueberry and strawberry sprinkled ones)! I ordered the caramel craze iced signature latte, and they made it perfectly with not too much sugar and light whip cream exactly how I asked :) I bought more donut holes because they smiled so welcomely and put all customers in such a happy mood. They’re truly such diligent workers so huge shout out because their excellent service made my night, and they 100% deserve a raise.“

“used to live around the corner and was a regular at this Dunkin multiple times a week for about a year. I typically mobile-ordered, so I can only speak to that experience, but my drink was always waiting for me within 5-7 mins of placing the order in app. I'm sure people will complain about how busy it gets (and trust me, it gets BUSY) but the staff went above and beyond to ensure quick, accurate service. I was there several times when the manager replaced orders for people that were stolen or spilled for free - I seriously can't say enough nice things about the manager, she was always on the ball!! Anyways, this Dunkin is the platonic ideal of a Dunkin: convenient, reliable, and cheap. I'm sorry to have moved away; my new Dunkin doesn't quite stack up.“

Sure there's a few around, it's New England, and the Tremont st location is also fantastic but if you were considering going into gov center or to the haymarket one, reconsider and come to this location!! “Great dunkin spot. Always so quick when i order on dunkin although sometimes they get my order wrong (not often though). It is right in my neighborhood so it’s very convenient even though the dunkin isn’t that nice. Sometimes, there are very long lines if you order in store. I always order from the app and then my order is there in minutes.“

“I work at another Dunkin' in the greater Boston area and frequent this one when I use public transport. Every time I've gone the staff have been friendly, calm, chill. Being an essential worker in a pandemic is hard and working in a busy shop can definitely be stressful, but all the employees were handling it great. I even envied how clean it was in here, things can get messy behind the counter at my store now and then, but the place is neater than ever.I think people are more inclined to make reviews when they have a bad experience. All the times I've been here have been nice.Also, everything I've ever ordered tasted great. :)“

“Great drinks (love the strawberry refresher) but staff would not make the drink in our (dunkin' own brand) reusable cups, and instead made them in the usual plastics cups which we emptied into our reusable cups. Seems to miss the point of reusable cups really. Otherwise great!“

“We were in a hurry but had a group of 6 so we decided to pop into a Dunkin on our way to catch a tour. Our expectations were low (big city, chain, etc...) but we were so pleasantly surprised. The two girls who took our order etc,.. were just delightful. So full of energy and smiles and so helpful. I have never written a review for a small restaurant like this, but these girls deserve some recognition. We so appreciated MADDIE & KAYLA! “Decent Dunkin' location (I still dunno why they dropped Donuts) located on the other end of the Northeastern campus. The best way to avoid the morning rush line is to order ahead online and then nab your order. Sometimes, the online order option isn't available, but if that's the case, have no fear. The manager at this location has the foresight to ask people waiting in line what they are ordering in order to prepare the food in advance to limit waiting time, which is always great. I feel that this location is slightly less busy than the one in Richards Hall since everyone usually defaults to going to that one in the middle of the day. Quality of the food/drinks is what you would expect from this chain, but when it's fairly cheap, you can't complain. I am generally a fan of this location.“

“It's a DD. Experience as expected. I got a hot chocolate and a vanilla frosted donut with sprinkles; my husband got some wake up wraps and a coffee. There was no line when we went, so service was quick. There is an area for sit-down or stand-up while you eat/drink.“

HEARTWARMING to witness wow@Parking: Adjacent to local enough parking spacesWheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped on cane , staff assisting with doors and bringing food to me, the neighborhood is beautiful it's a location I haven't been to before there's a bus stop for Harvard there and lots of people dog walking but still there's enough parking spaces there for anyone that needs to park but I don't think the doors are on that they have the automatic doors and there's two doors back to back I think I want to notice the panel but maybe not but regardless it's the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair the bathroom is handicapped friendly and if there isn't a automatic door opener than either a customer online and they're all very polite and courteous and helpful too or the staff will open the door as a offered to do for me and I actually did have them help at least once I obviously can't say enough good things about this location and it's a pleasure to give a positive review particularly after getting blasted Away by Enterprise it was so nice to be treated with respect and politeness and understanding and knowing I was jammed they could have said you know to vacate the table regardless of whether I offered to see or not they had the right to say that I must have sat in there for 2 hours it seemed that way anyway maybe even longer I don't know but they did not give me a hard time they knew when I needed to that when I was getting frustrated and that's an understatement with Enterprise and pathetic Towing other than the Triple A guy who's fantastic while another company is trying to say where we're out for your road service and we're looking for you and after a known faulty system had me flying off a roadway at 80 miles an hour into a grassy area and that nightmare it was so nice to be treated that way with kindness and respect and you know even multiple times of trying to get into the bathroom but maybe I can hold it and eat first seriously I mean who says in a public post unless the staff is really going above and beyond the Call of Duty to assist you to understand that you're not you know really that you're that you just got jammed they could see I was carrying four bags that were heavy that offered even help with those on the way out they even gave me a warning that they would be closing soon so I needed to pack it up what a great place I cannot wait to go back there under better circumstances I truly can't so that's go give them your business and give them the money and let Starbucks take care of the others because there's no reason and the food is good and you don't need to be ridiculous with your orders they have they have enough of a lattes and everything else that Starbucks does go enjoy some down to earth people right next to a bus stop and picked up and go well I don't know with the Starbucks has but I do know I wasn't giving the choice between Starbucks or dunking I was going dunkins and I am very glad I did I could Starbucks would“

“This Dunkin' is really solid- I often stop in here after work to grab a snack on the way home. There's usually no line or a short line. Recently I tried their strawberry frosted donut and hot chocolate - both were excellent! The service is also incredibly friendly, with a neighborhood-like feel. Interior is always clean and bright.“

“It's definitely open 24/7 as of April 2024.Was here at 0315 in the morning and got coffee.Every terminal has one and the girl at the counter said they all operate different hours.But this one is definitely 24 hours and has standard coffee and dunks food.“

“Back in May when I was town visiting, I stopped inside the Prudential Center and got an iced matcha latte at this location. There was actually a few other Dunkin' in the vicinity. However, this is probably the preferred location if the weather outside is not cooperating. Per the usual, I skipped having to wait in line by placing my order on the mobile app. The pick-up spot for mobile orders was on the left end of the coffee shop. I was in and out of there with very minimal wait time.“

“I was reading some of these reviews from the last 5 years, and it seems this store has come a long way. I order from this Dunkins about 4 times a week, mobile order. Every single morning, my man (I believe his name is) "Alt" or "Al" (could not quite see the nametag clearly, says "good morning Sean", hands me my order from the behind the counter, and tells me to have a great day, to which I reply "you too", of course. I mean, you can't get much more personable service than that. First name basis with a barista/cashier, however you want to refer to them as. “I go to Dunks' locations all around the city and this is the most reliable and consistent by far.The staff are as efficient as the crowds allow and don't ignore customers with questions.They're also the only location where I've watched staff mix syrups at the bottoms of drinks. Other locations simply make the drink and you're left to try and swish around an unmixed hot liquid layer cake on your own.Definitely my favorite location to swing into.“

“Unfortunately, I had to spend overnight in the Terminal B waiting for my connecting flight in the morning almost 8 hours later. Fortunately for me, there was this Dunkin' Donuts open 24-hours here. I don't know why the reviews are so negative, but the fact that this DD is open all night is good enough for their service for me. I arrived to BOS from Germany around 7:30 p.m, and by the time I put my luggage at Baggage Transfer Point through passport control and baggage claims, it was well past 8:30 p.m. I made my way to my connecting flight terminal, it was about 9:30 p.m. I was very glad to see an open Dunkin' Donut. The in-flight food was not sufficient, so I grabbed 2 for $5 deal with a cup of hot coffee. Mmm, it hit the spot. The man who alone was serving customers all night wasn't too friendly, but he did his job. I ended up getting some coffee a couple of times before going through the TSA Security Point at 3:35. New shipment of donuts come in at about 3:30, so there was some disappointed customers. You can't blame the server for that.“

“In my experience, the staff are very friendly, and exceptionally quick. Even when the line is super long, you can still get your order in a timely manner. I'm honestly very impressed by their service.In terms of accuracy, I've only had one incorrect order, but it was not a big deal so I didn't raise any issue (iced caffe latte instead of an iced matcha latte, but it was still good).Also, this Dunkin' makes the matcha lattes better than most Dunkin' locations: most don't blend it enough, but either their machine works better than others or they use the right proportions of milk and matcha powder. Either way, it results in a smooth, creamy beverage that is much better than the overly sweet, gritty sediment I've experienced from other locations.“

“Since I know how prominent Dunkin' is in the Northeast my wife and I stopped here to grab a quick bite for a long day of sightseeing. Plus, it was convenient to our hotel. The cashier was friendly and took our order promptly. I had a sausage and cheese sandwich. My wife went with the avocado toast. Sandwich was pretty good, but my wife was disappointed with her selection. The place seemed clean, but there is no seating. There a couple of tables to stand at to eat. “We were in there yesterday morning, a Thursday and the young woman with the headscarf was so incredibly sweet. She went out of her way to be so kind to my kids and she was probably the friendliest food service worker I've ever come across. It's hard to find good, kind people but she is it. “Dunkin just enabled on-the-go ordering at this location which makes you feel like royalty! Get off your train and grab your coffee and bagel as you walk right by, no stopping! I have felt things being a bit disorganized at times but with the number of things going on, the small space for working and the number of people helping, it makes sense. All in all, I highly recommend it and find the times I have to ask for the rest of my order totally worth it (and a place grace is well-deserved!)“

“The one on tremont is very good. Clean great service, great seating option and fast. The one near the government center is good as well but offers NO Seating. The one on state street across from Sal' s sandwhich shop is in between the first two. It's clean quick and decent seating option and view.“
