“This is the best dunkin in Boston. Whatever they do to always have the best iced coffee is working because it’s always perfect. My Lyft driver today was talking about this location is the best and how he goes out of his way to get his order here vs a dozen others. He specifically praised the donuts for always being fresh and tasty. Whatever yalls are doing yalls are doing right!“

“every time I go to a dunkin donuts no matter which one I go to it's always the same deal...they never make the sandwiches right. the croissants always fall apart in your hand, most times the bacon is either way over cooked or extremely under cooked. So I completely stopped doing business with them I now go out of my way to find a small shop that makes breakfast sandwiches. I am tired of spending money on food that I ultimately end up throwing away because I don't have time in the morning to go back to dunkins to return the garbage they sold me. And no exaggeration I've wasted tons of money on food from them that I don't eat!“

“I understand that servers have to deal with lots of people from lots of different places. The employees of the store must really be very patient with some of the people coming off cruise ships. The atmosphere is not a healthy one here because the homeless come off the street and they beg for food. One gentleman kept coming in and screaming about the poor service he received, and it appears that he was an EDP and the young server handled him professionally and kept the day moving smoothly without stopping service.
