“This is the best Dunkin Donuts I know, and as an old man and a coffee addict to boot, I do know many DD's. The store is always clean, the coffee is full bodied and hot, and there are plenty of seats to hang out. Best of all, I appreciate the hard work and efforts of the staff - especially Victoria.“
“I had an amazing experience eating at this Dunkin Donut today. My Breakfast experience was ruined due to a nasty karen. The staff maintained a professionalism trying to please that karen , but that karen was being just a b. I witnessed the staff being really nice and kind to her. She was being so rude and unjust. Some people told her to leave because she was being super rude. . God bless this location.“
“I go to this Dunkin location all the time and they always have my food and drinks ready to go by the time I arrive after ordering through the app. I purposely choose to come to this one over Brookline Village location because service is BETTER!!! The other day I accidentally ordered at the Village location and they were so understanding and made my drinks even though I didn’t purchase it from them! I also always recognize the workers because they keep working there for months/years on end and I am guessing that is due to good management/ownership.“
