“Stopped in with my 8 week old daughter to kill time (and recaffeinate) between appointments, and the man behind the counter could not have been kinder. Of course my coffee was delicious, but he made my whole day, as a new mom in the thick of newborn life. 💚💚💚 I wish I’d gotten his name!“

“This dunkin has the best workers I’ve seen in a while. They’re all so lovely, always say thank you and make eye contact which is rare. They always have a smile and tell you to have a good day which I appreciate as I come here in the morning all the time. Overall a great team of workers :)“

“Amazing staff! Very friendly and made attemt to get to know me, now they know my name. Food is great. Prices are about equivalent to everywhere else. .my all time favorite place to get my daily lattes.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not very wheelchair accessible. Hard to navigate through the doors and sidewalk is very narrow. No automatic door opener.“

“I have lived in Massachusetts my whole life, probably placed a thousand orders at dunks all across the country. Never in my life have I been lucky enough to be made a sandwich by the lovely lady working as the baker here in Newton.
Getting off the pike and heading to a dunkin donuts never felt so exciting.
Each time I come, I order a sausage, egg, and cheese, with bacon (of course) on a plain bagel. It is crafted with love and to perfection each and every time.

Even as a former employee of Dunkin, I was never able to make such a delicacy like they make here off the pike in newton.
