“I had a really great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts because of one of the workers there, Frantz. I was seven cents short on my order, and he kindly covered it for me without making a big deal about it. It was such a small act, but it showed a lot of dedication, kindness, and brotherhood. He treated me with respect and made the whole experience feel welcoming and positive. That simple gesture honestly made my day better, and I appreciate workers like him who go out of their way to help people.“
