“My sister and I just happened to stop here because we were hungry the customer service was excellent there's a young lady that works there I believe her name is Chantel great customer service skills explain to us the different items that we were not familiar with she was a gym never got that kind of service in a Dunkin' donuts and we live in Boston“

“I like this location because the staff seemed familiar with the customers and they are pleasant. They made the coffee very nice. However, this is smaller than the usual stores, and the bathroom is oddly outside the store. The few tables were not clean at my visit but with cuing the staff was able to clean the tables.“

“Me and two of my acquaintances stepped into this establishment on a cloudy Thursday afternoon. We were greeted by a smiling face, a beautiful brown haired woman who we learned was named Mary. She was attentive and inventive and helped us with all of our needs in getting our drinks. She made us feel at home and welcome. It really felt like we were in a friend house. I would come again tenfold. My friend has a severe allergy to peanuts as soon as we stepped in the establishment Mary asked do you have any allergies in your party. This could’ve stopped a major reaction that would’ve required a 911 emergency. She was very caring, loving, and kind. Thank you, Mary for the most hospitable experience. I’ve had in 20 years.“

“I came in late morning, and there was a decent line. The cashier excused herself I’m not sure what we all thought for that moment, but we turned to see her helping an older man get out the door, because he was struggling to open it with his cane.

That kind of human compassion and dignity warrant my respect.

“Whoever the two ladies are that work the counter at this Dunkin's on Monday nights at 5pm est are very nice. I really did appreciate their attitude and smiles and care for my food and drink. You dont see it often anymore, but those two ladies should be noticed here.“
