“Went here Mother's Day morning when everywhere else had huge waits. Food was great as always, service was fast but Ananda, Vitoria, and Gabriel are what made it special. They went the extra mile on a rainy day and treated my mom amazingly. Best Dunkin' service I've had - thank you SO much.“

“I like this location.. but it gets busy, and with only 2 people working, the one making the drinks that day was so overwhelmed that my hubby a pre-diabetic ( he can have SOME sugar, but he has to "tone it down") orders unsweetened the way it's made but only 1 pump of a flavored syrup.I watched the kid make our drink... But since there were multiple people waiting.. I wasn't sure if it was ours or not, so I didn't say anything because I couldn't see the sticker. But when he put it down, we checked the name and it was ours, start to finish. And it had 3 pumps of the pink velvet.This won't kill him of course, but it should be made known that our health is in their hands. They should REALLY have like 3 people working on busy weekends. It was still right after the holidays and the mall was packed. We waited for a bit too and there was a line( as usual). Great for business, but pay attention to scheduling, and the upper management should stop hording all the revenue. You guys are overworking your staff in EVERY location I visit. Including one of my manager friends in Lynn. She's even burned herself and had to keep going during call outs and such.“

“I arrived at this establishment, and it is truly wonderful how they treat elderly people they even know them by name. It is very impressive how well they care for and look after them. I ended up staying for three hours because my car wouldn't start a staff member noticed I was having trouble and asked if I needed any assistance. He was wearing glasses and a blue shirt, and he was very polite. It would be wonderful if there were more good people in the world who genuinely care about others. Great job!“

“Traveling through the area and stopped for DD. The intercom was hard to hear but hey it is right at the highway rest area,,,the coffee...omg... on point!!
