“Was okay great service. I happen to like this Dunkin and the people thatci have encountered seem very nice. But I was here yesterday at approximately 2p.m. and the language was not what I would expect from people whom deal with the public. The person whom I assume is the shift supervisor or maybe not (short women with short hair dyes red) dropped the F bomb about 20 times over someone complaining that they had to get out of the car when they had curbside pick up. I left because I was sick of hearing her foul mouth. I went for coffee and something to eat not a lesson in learning how to use the F word I'm happy I didn't have the children I watch with me.“
“My wife and I absolutely love Morgan and Khyati. They are both incredible members of Dunkins and the community. If I were a small business owner, I’d do everything in my power to have these two rockstars work for me. I truly hope managements sees this review and appreciates Morgan and Khyati.“
“Walked into this Dunkin’ Natick today. Ordered a medium iced coffee with a twist bagel w/ butter, coffee was perfect to the taste. Customer service was fantastic. Also loved the fresh donuts. The best Dunkin’ in this area and clean establishment.Must visit.“
“the drive-thru is closed in the early morning but they should put the cones at the entrance to the drive-through otherwise you move up and then you have to back out especially when there's another car behind you for the thought there was a drive-thru open my coffee was not ready and I called ahead and it took about 3 or 4 minutes and they weren't busy simply to get me an iced coffee“
“I like this location.. but it gets busy, and with only 2 people working, the one making the drinks that day was so overwhelmed that my hubby a pre-diabetic ( he can have SOME sugar, but he has to "tone it down") orders unsweetened the way it's made but only 1 pump of a flavored syrup.I watched the kid make our drink... But since there were multiple people waiting.. I wasn't sure if it was ours or not, so I didn't say anything because I couldn't see the sticker. But when he put it down, we checked the name and it was ours, start to finish. And it had 3 pumps of the pink velvet. This won't kill him of course, but it should be made known that our health is in their hands. They should REALLY have like 3 people working on busy weekends. It was still right after the holidays and the mall was packed. We waited for a bit too and there was a line( as usual). Great for business, but pay attention to scheduling, and the upper management should stop hording all the revenue. You guys are overworking your staff in EVERY location I visit. Including one of my manager friends in Lynn. She's even burned herself and had to keep going during call outs and such.“
“This is a drive- theu and walk-in in the parking lot of a strip mall at Route nine and 27I stop in there pretty much every time I go to the stores there, and they're always super fast and efficient. I tried the maple donut the other day and I have to say it was pretty good. The bacon egg "taco" tasted like literally nothing“
“So good! Nice range of flavors. We had a milk chocolate and a lemon poppyseed today after a free sample of cinnamon sugar. The waffles looked amazing - definitely have to try next time. Staff were so friendly and the space is cheerful and bright.“
“The difference between this place and Dunkin is that Country Kitchen will put a smile on your face when you eat their food. The prices are super reasonable too. Donuts are great, other baked goods pretty solid. They recently added breakfast sandwiches and I think a photo speaks for itself. You aren't getting that at Dunkin.Plenty of traditional coffee offerings as well as iced flavors and cold brew options. Only thing that could kick it up a notch is some espresso drink offerings but even though they don't have it, I don't bother with any other food options, the food is that good. Ordering ahead or on the phone may be a nice option but they're generally faster than the Dunkin drive through next door anyway. Give this place a try.“
“They can teach Dunkin donuts what is a real bagels....they are great....3 small chairs near windows very un computable and you fill like you seat on a sinking ship...all the rest JUST WONDERFULL...SERVICE FERFECT...PRICES TOO HIGE WHEN U COMPER TO OTHER COFFE SHOPS IN THE AREA. 4 AND HALF STARS FOR SURE....“
“I've been trying to get here for awhile and I was finally able to. I was not disappointed. They have a lot of different flavors. We got a box of 6 for almost $25.00, but it was worth it. I tried the fruity pebbles donut first and it literally melted in my mouth. I'll be trying the matcha and caramel later but I'm sure those will be just as good. I will definitely be back“
