“The Franklin St Dunkin’ in Framingham, MA is a good one. It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here. I’ll be back!“

“Had to bring back a coffee. There was a spec of something in it. No big deal, but didn't want to drink not knowing what it was. They were apologetic and quickly replaced it without attitude etc. Other locations in the area should take notice. Much better service here.“
“In all honesty most Dunkin' Donuts stores I visit frequently make it seem like I'm bothering them for being there. This store has never once made me feel that way! I'm in quite often on my way to work and I've never had a bad experience with these guys. They have even memorized my order and know me when I walk through the door, something I've never experienced at a Dunkin' before. My favorite part is I always leave with a big smile, it genuinely means a lot! As long as your patient with them you'll get your order down to the sugar every time.“
“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“
“The nicest Dunkin Donuts staff ever! Run by a good management, store is very clean unfortunately they no longer have tables at this location, but it doesn’t change the fact that they have amazing customer service and work very efficiently. Never had a problem with the quality of my drinks or food here. They’re soooo sweet to my daughter and let her order on her own if she’s wants, they’re super patience and they speak to you with respect. The lady’s at the registers are always soooo extremely nice and helpful, this is a third home environment. Thank you! I love this location.“

“at this location I waited for about ten minutes in drive up. but the nice lady told me she would be right with me. I told her to take her time. when she took my order she was extremely pleasant. as I approached the window, she complimented me and was handing me my donuts and as I was giving her my debit card to pay. the next thing shocked me by surprise she said the guy ahead of you paid for you. what generosity. I thought it only happened with you tubers.“
“I stop by this location at least once per week because they're so consistently good in every way. First my lattes, hot or cold, are always perfectly made. The breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches are always excellent, and finally, their customer service is always exceptional. They're family owned and if I'm not mistaken, they've owned this franchise location for a decade or two. If you're looking for a better choice than Starbucks or Dunkin', this is it!“
