Often, though, you'll find seedy looking customers in the parking lot smoking cigarettes, so just keep your wits about you, get in and get out, and you should be fine.Vegetarian options: Not much for vegans but some veg options nonetheless.Parking: About 15-20 spots.“

“Very nice place to eat! Me and my family have ordered from there a bunch and only once or twice have they gotten our order wrong (and even then the order was very similar and still good). The staff is friendly and the donuts are fresh! A good place to eat for sure.“

“I stop by this location at least once per week because they're so consistently good in every way. First my lattes, hot or cold, are always perfectly made. The breakfast burrito and breakfast sandwiches are always excellent, and finally, their customer service is always exceptional. They're family owned and if I'm not mistaken, they've owned this franchise location for a decade or two. If you're looking for a better choice than Starbucks or Dunkin', this is it!“

“It’s good there but I would wise if they work on the way they prepare their hush brownies. I think they make them in the morning and keep them by the time you come to buy them they are already hard like a rock.. please change the way you prepare them because my kids like them“

“The Franklin St Dunkin’ in Framingham, MA is a good one. It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here. I’ll be back!“

“I've been trying to get here for awhile and I was finally able to. I was not disappointed. They have a lot of different flavors. We got a box of 6 for almost $25.00, but it was worth it. I tried the fruity pebbles donut first and it literally melted in my mouth. I'll be trying the matcha and caramel later but I'm sure those will be just as good. I will definitely be back“

“Went through the drive thru line this morning & ordered a delicious mocha latte with some cinnamon hazelnut syrup and oatmilk! It was made perfectly, quickly and the cashier at the window was so kind. Kindness and a smile goes such a long way when needing a quick pick me-up coffee, so I was so happy with our interaction. “Coming from the Land of Dunkin' and The Donut Connection here in South Jersey... I discovered the calorically enhanced Treats of Honey Dew Donut Shop in New England as I traveled through Rhode Island and Massachusetts. A greater selection of both Donuts, Hot & Cold Coffees & Teas; plus a wide range of Breakfast Meals... including a "Breakfast-in-a-Cup" with Eggs, Potatoes, Meat & Cheese served hot in a large Paper Cup that is easy to eat while you're on-the-go! The place was very clean & the Staff were polite & helpful, as I was a "Newbie"; they even let me have a few Sampkes!“

“Was okay great service. I happen to like this Dunkin and the people thatci have encountered seem very nice. But I was here yesterday at approximately 2p.m. and the language was not what I would expect from people whom deal with the public. The person whom I assume is the shift supervisor or maybe not (short women with short hair dyes red) dropped the F bomb about 20 times over someone complaining that they had to get out of the car when they had curbside pick up. I left because I was sick of hearing her foul mouth. I went for coffee and something to eat not a lesson in learning how to use the F word I'm happy I didn't have the children I watch with me.“

I hadn't been at the drive thru in a while but she immediately remembered me, saying "No decaf today?" “Always friendly especially mornings can be difficult. Fresh coffee and Muffins are always good. Cabarda sandwiches the best when you are hungry especially some mornings are brutal and just can't get things going. .. Faster Good mornings are better!!!“

“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. There is a Koi Pond outside of it, and the area is very picturesque. The staff are friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have a few tables for seating inside, but I mostly do takeout.“

“This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.“
