I absolutely love Dunkin and their app, I am constantly receiving perks and free stuff. I have been to upscale coffee shops, however Dunkin to me is ? betterWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility is one thing I do encounter, I have been to more Dunkin's with not so great accessibility, ie; small spaces to get between the two doors, no automatic door openers.
Wht do they put your chocolate covered donuts upside down in the bag? I am totally annoyed and dissatisfied that the chocolate icing is on the inside of the bag and no longer on my donut!

Right off the westbound side of rt 9 in Wellesley, this is a nice little in&out Dunkin Donuts. It is just before Wellesley Mazda. The footprint is fairly small with a small parking area and a tight drive through. The small interior has just a few tables. The counter service is reasonably friendly and the coffee is served hot.
