J.P. Licks is a small place but cozy, with awesome ice cream like the salted caramel cookies and cream. The service is good, and the bathroom is clean. The staff is very friendly, with perfect service and a smile. Prices are a bit high, but the brownie sundae is great. Fast service even during busy times.
