The place is small, but we were able to sit, thankfully. Ice cream is always awesome. The salt and caramel cookies and cream is my new fave. The service was good, and the bathroom was clean.

First time in the area. Visiting colleges with our kids. Had dinner and then found this place. Absolutely awesome! The girl who helped us was a local college student at Wellesley.(I don't know her name) she was very friendly. Perfect service with a smile. When we are local we will be back!

I wanted to share some photos from my experience last night at the JP Licks in Wellesley Massachusetts. First of all, it closed at 10 PM and we were told to leave at 9:45 PM by the staff. When I ordered my ice cream, they barely filled the cup and had little toppings. I paid 7.49 for this! I really feel taken advantage of, and it's not a good feeling to have.

The ice cream was really good, I got a brownie Sunday and it was great! However the price and serving size was a little outrageous compared to most other places. My girlfriend and I got a Sunday each, and a muffin and it was more or less $30. Very friendly staff behind the counter though, even with a line it was fast.

Ice cream was good service was not. Went at 9:50 and they had shut the sprinkles. The people behind were told that they might not be served even tho they had 10 mins till close. Overall do not need to go back. Also so overpriced. 4 smalls was $30.

j.p. licks never disappoints. my boyfriend and i ordered the medium mint cookies and cream, and they even let us split it into 1 scoop in a cone and 1 scoop in a cup - so we paid for a medium instead of 2 smalls. small is $5.80, medium is $7.15 and large is $7.85. you can choose to put the ice cream in a cup, waffle cone, chocolate dipped cone, dipped and rolled sprinkle cone or a slider sundae (red sox plastic cap). we loved the mint flavor - it didn't taste too artificial. it was just right! service is great. the line can get long at times, but it moves quickly. when we were there, 3 servers were serving at the same time. overall rating: 10/10

Rolled in with the second and third grade softball team after the first game. The two guys working did a great job getting everyone’s order and turned it right around. Can’t say enough about the staff. They did great with a bunch of girls who kept changing their order. Would recommend. Place is clean well kept as always.

The fruity pebbles cereal ice cream is the best! I’d love to see it offered more frequently. Nice staff at this location. In general for this ice cream parlor chain, I do think the price is a bit steep.
