A rare find of semi-authentic northern Chinese cuisine in a non-descript mini strip mall on a “highway”.
IFor a suburban Chinese restaurant, this is a standout for sure.
The noodles (a specialty) are very well made with the right chew. The dumplings are tasty and juicy. Eggplant, a favorite veg, is well done without being too greasy. Some of the dishes lack the expected Maala, but that’s not surprising considering the palate they are catering to.
