“This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.“
“My go to!! I usually go between 5 and 2 and the staff is incredible. They always come say hi at the window and are very friendly. One person had made my drink wrong, the lady at the window noticed it didn’t look like my usual, and fixed it! Love love love the morning staff. I had one bad experience, last night I was waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes at least, I finally drove up to the window and the older lady seemed upset at me. Her headset was not even on her, she was talking to someone in the lobby, and told me the headset didn’t ring? I saw that it was not on. That’s my only bad experience here, but expected with night shift most places.“

To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

“On my way to work I grabbed Dunkin’s, just as I was leaving I had a menstrual emergency. Walking in I was incredibly embarrassed. But when I notified a staff member she quickly ran to aid me with supplies.I am incredibly thankful for the staff on duty today.Whenever I order though the drive up or inside the staff are always incredibly kind, and fast. “Both my wife and I love honeydew donuts because their coffee is fantastic. All the pastries are fantastic. They also have an awesome crew at work and they have an awesome crew that works behind the counter. Everyone thinks that Dunkin' is great. Well that's false because Dunkins is horrible. Their products are all gross including their coffee and tea is is gross. Their pastries are gross and very tiny when you going to honeydew donuts you get for a pastry a good size such is it a doughnut? It's a real doughnut you get a bagel it's a real bagel you get a cinnamon roll you get a good size cinnamon roll, you get iced coffee you're going to get real coffee you might pay a little bit more for them but it's well worth it to go there. My wife and I hate Dunkin and we will never step foot in one of them unless we have no choice. We prefer honey to donuts over at Dunkin any day of the week. We give this high recommendation if I can give more than five stars for honey Joe I would I highly would recommend them over Dunkin any day a week.“
