“Went through the drive thru line this morning & ordered a delicious mocha latte with some cinnamon hazelnut syrup and oatmilk! It was made perfectly, quickly and the cashier at the window was so kind. Kindness and a smile goes such a long way when needing a quick pick me-up coffee, so I was so happy with our interaction. Will certainly be returning!“
“This is always been my favorite Dunkin in Ashland as it’s so convenient to stop on the way to work, but lately my drink has been missing the extra espresso shot I always order. I’ve mentioned this to an employee, and they said I should order an espresso shot, but did not notice that I did, and always do. It’s really a bummer because it’s so disappointing to see a milky drink and the ratio is off completely. It wasn’t bothering me the first few times but now it’s super frustrating and I think I’m going to stop coming here in the mornings. The people are lovely and it does seem like they are just overwhelmed with the amount of drinks coming in. I don’t know if they need more staff or whatever but I totally understand if that’s the case. Although I am empathetic, it’s just really annoying and I don’t want to stay. It ruins the morning, but it definitely is a huge bummer.“
“What a lovely breakfast/brunch/lunch cafe downtown Ashland. The coffee, bagels and food selections are great, but most of all the people who work there are personable and accommodating -- like they really enjoy working there providing superior service. If you ask them for something extra they " jump to it" instead of giving you a frown.As a real bonus, they have a private area (function room) where you can hold group meetings / get together's, after-parties following a memorial service, etc.BT is a place where I enjoy spending my hard-earned $ and will tip the wait staff for going above and beyond. “I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“
“The food was hot and fresh, including the fries! The service was multi-lingual and friendly. The restaurant was very clean. The mens room was, too, and that alone says a lot about a place. The only thing I didn't like was that it felt like eating in a prison. Very sparse and institutional. This particular McDonald's used to have one of the most homey, welcoming dining rooms, but I hadn't been there in years.“
“The service is good could be better the main problem I had was when you ask for a breakfast taco and they give you a chicken now if under the breakfast taco it says between this time and this time then I would under stand but I ordered three orders of breakfast tacos and I got three chickens “
“Excellent Coffee, Lattes, and baked pastries! This cafe is always decorated for the current season, the staff is always helpful and friendly and they roast their own coffee beans in house! My partner and I have an espresso machine at home and we have been getting our coffee beans from here for years! Highly recommend this coffee shop!!“
“One of the best meals we’ve had in a long time in the area! We checked out Wild Hare and were immediately impressed with the atmosphere and ambiance. The food was top notch, made from scratch, and so well thought out. We were too excited that we forgot to take pictures! Each dish is tapas style and definitely made with love.The servers were extremely nice and very well informed on each dish that came out. They took the time to explain every ingredient and made sure we were well taken care of. We can’t wait to go back and try their brunch!“
“I have purchased wine in many places. I attended a tasting there last night that was very informative and productive. Gianluca introduced us to delicious wines that were aged, drinking fantastic, could be held longer if desired and very affordable. He has a lot of knowledge about wines that have the ability to drink or hold without paying the price of wines that became very expensive with age. A wonderful experience.“
