There are clear markers of specialty coffee in the cup, but the bitterness and grassy-ness are overwhelming and manifest as faults.“

“They were taking food off shelves and putting muffins/cookies away/out of reach/ a whole 1/2 hr before closing, but aside from that, pastries and coffees both excellent. “Hands down the best beans we've ever had. We discovered Karma at Whole Foods in '23 and have since switched to buying bags directly from them at their wonderful shop in Sudbury. The boba itself was really good, consistently sweet and chewy. Goncha and Kung Fu Tea are similarly priced, so it's up to you on which flavor or boba floats your boat, however I would choose Kung Fu Tea over Gongcha any day.“

These banh mi’s are served on fresh shatteringly crispy bread and they are filled with the protein of your choice plus jalapeño slices, cilantro, mayo and carrot and daikon pickle. I see some reviews complain about no pate but that is usually only in the cold cut banh mi. Staff are helpful and efficient. We got our food made to order in just a few minutes.“

It’s in a really nice area so if you’re taking a break, you can eat in the parking lot have your coffee and right across the street is a gas station which always helps sometimes so yeah I would highly recommend this Dunkin’“

“I absolutely love coming to this Dunkin' location! It has quickly become my go-to spot to grab a snack and enjoy a quick, relaxing break. The store is always spotless, spacious, and has a very welcoming atmosphere.
What truly makes this place special, though, is the incredible staff. The employees are always so warm, patient, and genuinely kind. No matter how busy they get, I am always greeted with a big smile, and they go out of their way to make sure my order is absolutely perfect. “10/10 every time I go here. Today I got a chocolate chip muffin toasted with butter and bacon, egg and cheese on a asiago bagel and it was so delicious and worth the drive . I used to work in the area and would stop here every morning. I no longer work in the area but was craving it this morning and made the 30 minute drive. I’m SATISFIED!“

“Coffee and muffin were delicious. The line can be slow moving, but if you have time to be patient it's worth the wait. My one note is that I found the wifi to be unusually slow the one time I tried to hang out for an hour and get some work done.“

“Popular cafe, we sat outside by the road which was fine as the traffic is quite. Lots of food/snack/drink options, clean toilets.
I note their sign about not supporting the proposed 2 lane road and removing the on street parking - I couldn’t agree more, the (very nice) atmosphere driving through Needham would be ruined by this proposal and I hope it fails.“

The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“The coolest Dunkin' I've even been to hands down, but the service was not the best, though. There were only two employees working there, and the one behind the counter misheard my very clear order. When they put out my order, I told them that it was supposed to be something else, and they happily remade it and were really apologetic about it. The swing outside is a cool touch, and all the cool signs inside are a nice touch, too. It is weird that there is no drive-thru, though.“

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.
