Caffe Nero maintains a positive environment in a very busy atmosphere. They have customer flow management down to a science and though you may wait a minute to get your turn, the service is very focused on you when it is your round to order. The decor is very standard coffee shop in design, but with an old-world spin that matches the Concord experience. Cafe Nero is always a good spot to grab a coffee and sit with your computer and do some work. There is a bit of a wait in line to order. 4 stars since I like the interior of other locations better.

This café was very pretty, cute, and worth my time! I loved visiting the place, the food was absolutely great (really tasty), and i loved the vibes! i ordered matcha which was done great, the mango smoothie was delicious, and the pastries were too good! i definitely think the café is worth visiting!
