Starbucks Coffee Company in Sherwood Plaza offers excellent, friendly, and phenomenal customer service. The staff are always professional, pleasant, and helpful, making customers feel welcome, appreciated, and like family. The evening staff is incredibly kind and answers all questions. Baristas jump right on orders and get customers out in record time. However, the coffee is bitter and bad unless getting something with tons of sugar. The 2 tiny egg bites are a rip off at over $5. Despite this, the service is unequivocal, and the coffee and food are the best. Customers will not go anywhere else, as they are always met with a friendly smile and a positive message. This location is the best, and customers look forward to every visit.
