In normally don’t leave bad reviews but I have been to this location many times since it’s re-opening in November and every time there is something wrong with my order. I don’t trust this location to follow customizations or even basic drinks off the menu. Their service is nice enough but I miss the old team. I’m also frustrated that you can’t order ahead with your own card anymore, in order to order ahead you need to use a preloaded gift card. It’s an inconvenience....read full review

I haven't been in since the reopen and decided to try today. Long wait when only 3 people ahead of me. Ordering was then fine but the location was out of pretty much anything if you wanted to eat. My drink took a while to make. The staff was not friendly or looking at anyone and the pick up area was a mess; needed to be wiped down and the machine with the lemonade was leaking all behind it.
