Starbucks at Natick Mall is a large and pleasant coffee place. The staff, including Ms. Eduarda and Aneasa, are known for their excellent service. Aneasa expertly prepared a carmel ribbon crunch frappuccino, offering coffee-based options. Despite busy times, the employees remain calm and kind, making the experience professional and enjoyable. This location is definitely a 5-star coffee spot.
