So my mother went in a couple days ago with a friend and I don’t usually write reviews like this but this girl who worked at Starbucks was extremely rude. So my mom goes in and asks for a matcha latte. SHE SPECIFICALLY ASKED WITH ALMOND MILK. She’s lactose intolerant!!! So one of the girls were rude with my mothers friend. While she was paying the friend had spare change and I understand that the computers put in the numbers, but the girl (she’s black with like somewhat orange highlights. Photo included. Credit to konstantino petrakis review) started a whole scene. Acting up and being rude. So I’m assuming she was so upset with my mom and her friend, that she decided to pour REGULAR MILK instead of almond milk. My mom spent hours in the bathroom. If someone asks for almond milk instead of regular then people should know maybe they don’t want regular milk or are intolerant to it. Not only that but the workers took FOREVER to give them their drinks that the friend asked for a refund. No offense but if you are going to act unprofessional and be petty to switch the milks then simply QUIT. Don’t get the workers mad or they will make sure your drink gets ruined. I also work at the mall and that Starbucks is always awful. The workers ALWAYS fool around causing the wait to be longer. I went on my break one time and they took almost 30 minutes to make my drink. I had to leave it because my break was over. Starbucks gotta hire new people or they gonna lose business at the Natick mall.

i was one of the only people in the cafe and it took the workers 30 minutes to bring me my cake pop. absolutely RIDICULOUS. they were making themselves drinks and fooling around while i had to stand here and wait. for a cake pop. ABSURD. never come here and if you do don’t give them a tip. this is pathetic.

I haven't been in since the reopen and decided to try today. Long wait when only 3 people ahead of me. Ordering was then fine but the location was out of pretty much anything if you wanted to eat. My drink took a while to make. The staff was not friendly or looking at anyone and the pick up area was a mess; needed to be wiped down and the machine with the lemonade was leaking all behind it. Frankly it felt like no one cared at all in terms of staff. I think they're understaffed or were at that time of day. Very downhill from before.

Got a tall chai latte and at first it was not even warm and they exchanged with another latte which is very hot which I couldn't even drink. So started writing this review while it cools down. My area franchise Starbucks is way better than this in terms of taste.

I go to this starbucks every single day on my break from work. EVERY single day they get my order wrong, and i have to wait 15 extra mins to get it remade. EVERYDAY. It’s ridiculous and has not changed.

Worst Starbucks location I have ever been to. They claim that they can't use the Starbucks app in store, and made drinks not in the order in which they were purchased. When we finally got the drinks we ordered they were not tasty.

In normally don’t leave bad reviews but I have been to this location many times since it’s re-opening in November and every time there is something wrong with my order. I don’t trust this location to follow customizations or even basic drinks off the menu. Their service is nice enough but I miss the old team. I’m also frustrated that you can’t order ahead with your own card anymore, in order to order ahead you need to use a preloaded gift card. It’s an inconvenience. I hope they can turn themselves around and get on the right track.

Worst Stabucks EVER. I walked in, placed an order for two lattes, 30+ minutes later … I still didn’t have them. The store was deemed “under renovation” for a month, and NOTHING environment wise, changed. Also $20 dollars for drinks that I could get better quality at Dunkin’s or McDonald’s for that price (plus a meal) is a bit NUTS. Let’s hope Cosmc’s puts you all out of business. Howard Schultz would not be happy to hear about your respect towards customers.I will not be back. I’ll travel to Whole Foods Starbucks instead from now on.

This location sits inside Natick Mall and is awesome. The staff here knows what they are doing and are a pleasure to work with on orders and the place is actually pretty large inside. Absolute 5 star coffee place.

Whoever the new owners are need to get it together! The quality is definitely not the same at all. I was so excited when they opened back up because I work in the mall but this is just terrible. They never make my tea right and it’s so simple to make! I literally tried to enter the location and they have a whole photo shoot going on directly in front of the entrance. Clearly they don’t care about their customers that’s pretty evident. Dunkin’ Donuts it is from now on because this is ridiculous. By the way I’m not the only one who feels this way. Im definitely gathering the troops to google review their terrible experience as well.

The only reason I have this Natick Mall store 4 stars is because I wait for about 30 mins to get 1 latte. It is a busy store because it's in the mall. However, i noticed that the employees focus more on the app and pre-order items. They make those orders fist while the customers that order in the store stand around waiting until they're done. Next thing you know, the store is jam-packed with patrons that ordered in the store. The online and app orders literally sit there. Not one person picked their order up the entire time I was there. I would think that in person orders take priority over the app orders. Or designate 1 employee to just do app orders the other in person orders. There were more than 3 starbucks employees behind the counter, and everyone was doing something, but if they organized or prioritized, the long wait times wouldn't exist. The employee must have made 10 plus online orders while myself and about 7 other people stood there waiting for their coffees. The employees were very nice and they definitely work hard. I noticed this happens in many of the Starbucks locations, not just this one. Other than that, the coffee is always yummy.
