“Whoa. I was not expecting to have the best donut I've ever tasted for breakfast but here we are! The donuts are a little pricey but absolutely worth it. Bonus points because the drinks are pretty reasonably priced (it was less than $4 for a 16oz chai!)

“Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“I've always wanted to try this place. But walking in it seems like they are less customer service oriented. They really want to sell you the product but they don't want you in there. And I wish they had sausage patties instead of cutting sausage links but that's just my preference. Go for the food not the Aesthetics.“

“Everything and Everyone at this place is great. The regular, the iced, flavors, and they've got my Stevia even. Clean place, you're not afraid to tounch surfaces, nor does it smell like chemicals. “Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! “I grew up going and working here back when Pauline was the owner. All these years later this HD is still the same Cheers like place where you're home. Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. I've worked with both of them and i've never had a negative experience with them like others have claimed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend working here to a friend.“

“Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

“Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...
A classic case of putting the customer first that you do not see much anymore..

I cannot explain to you how fast they are order ahead - but trust me! I've also never gotten my order wrong from this Dunkin. In 5 years. The best!“

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! “The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

It’s very disappointing. I hope they remove that sign.“

“I meet friends there for coffee and sometimes some breakfast. I don't drink coffee, typically I drink a diet Coke. However, this location has Pepsi and I'm not a Pepsi fan. Otherwise, it's a good place to grab a beverage, and talk with friends.
I don't recall seeing restrooms in this Duncan location, so keep that in mind.“

“Went here Mother's Day morning when everywhere else had huge waits. Food was great as always, service was fast but Ananda, Vitoria, and Gabriel are what made it special. They went the extra mile on a rainy day and treated my mom amazingly. Best Dunkin' service I've had - thank you SO much.“

I think of these young people that work there, and I think we could at least give them $0.50 each and they rely on our tips. They deserve them as well.
