And the muffins? An absolute MUST - they are Huge. We're talking generously oversized compared to what you'd get at a Dunkin' Donuts — The Topper is crazy high and filling enough to carry you through the morning on their own.

What really sets Nicky D's apart, though, is the people. The owners are incredibly warm and welcoming, and they actually remember their regulars — your name, your order, the whole thing. “First time I've been to a Honey Dew. At this location, I found the staff very friendly! The food was tasty and i enjoyed the coffee, as well!
I had the hot caramel latte and the waffle sandwich. The caramel is sweet so I didn't need to add sugar. The sandwich had egg, bacon, and cheese with a buttery flavor - yummy!“

“Everything and Everyone at this place is great. The regular, the iced, flavors, and they've got my Stevia even. Clean place, you're not afraid to tounch surfaces, nor does it smell like chemicals. Rare. Polite and cheerful folks behind the counter (and at tables too). EVERY TIME! “Came in today, Sunday 10/13, expecting a decent crowd since it’s Sunday! Walked in and it was busy but only one young girl working. Just wanted to comment on how wonderful of a job she did despite seeming overwhelmed with the large orders and being by herself. Maybe someone was on break, but I just wanted to comment on great she did by herself on a busy Sunday morning! She was apologetic for the wait over and over again. Great service and I hope this young girl gets recognized for her great job!!“

“I grew up going and working here back when Pauline was the owner. All these years later this HD is still the same Cheers like place where you're home. Sam and Nimi are awesome and I know Pauline would be proud. I've worked with both of them and i've never had a negative experience with them like others have claimed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend working here to a friend.“

“Great little hole in the wall. Grab and go kinda spot, dont expect to sit down for full service or anything. Breakfast sandwich cant go wrong, also honey buns + donuts are on point! If you get a muffin ask for it grilled! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥(Also FYI to anybody giving a low rating cause its cash only, whatre you 12? How do you as an adult not always have a little cash on hand? Crazy folks!)“

“Best latte around! ☕️ They don’t have a drive-thru, just walk-in, but I always come here because the latte is totally worth it. I’ve tried lattes at several Dunkin’ locations in Ashland, Framingham, Southborough, Westborough, and Hopkinton—this one makes the best by far. Highly recommend!

“Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.“

that was my fault. I brought it to the attention of the manager who immediately refunded me for MY screw up...the reason for my 5 star review goes to the employee and Manager of that DD for doing something that really didn't need to be done...

“I’ve been living in Ashland for a couple of years and I’m about to move to Cambridge in a few weeks. To be honest one of the things I am feeling sad about is not stopping by this dunks anymore.

I only take the time out to write this review because there are so many average quality Dunkin’ Donuts… the staff here recognize me when I come and if I don’t go for a month or two they will comment on it the next time I show up. I don’t go every day or anything so I think they’re just observant and kind.

I’ve literally never had an issue with the food or drink, and the service is quick and extremely polite. I can’t expect much more out of a Dunkin’ Donuts. They run a very tight ship and do an excellent job and deserve recognition for that.“

I cannot explain to you how fast they are order ahead - but trust me! I've also never gotten my order wrong from this Dunkin. In 5 years. The best!“

“This is a great Dunkin location inside Garrett’s, they have a lot of employees and orders come out very quickly. They have a nice display case for their baked goods and donuts and it looks wonderful! “The food was good, and the restrooms were pretty clean. However, the server didn’t ask what size drink I wanted—she just gave me a small, but I wanted a medium.

I really didn’t like that I was only allowed to stay for 20 minutes. I’ve never seen that before. I asked the employees if I could stay for 30 minutes, and they said no—my car would be towed. Why?

I’m buying food and don’t want to eat in my car. I also can’t eat that fast.

It’s very disappointing. I hope they remove that sign.“

“I live 2 minutes from this location and I used to drive out of my way to avoid it because it was horrible. But they have had new management for a while now and its done a complete 180°. This has now become my favorite dunks. The staff are friendly and accommodating, they even remember my name. And every meal/drink comes out wonderfully. My puppy loves it there too.“
