Dunkin' is a restaurant where the workers are extremely friendly, always smiling, and willing to help. Despite being busy, the staff greets customers warmly and keeps the environment clean. The food is excellent, warm, and made quickly. The restaurant is accessible for disabled individuals, with flat entryways. One employee, Leticia, made the best Dunkin coolatta ever and is very sweet and skilled at her job. The staff has greatly improved over time, providing attentive service and ensuring a great customer experience. The change in staff has made a big difference in the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. Customers appreciate that the restaurant respects those who are differently abled, and the friendly, helpful staff makes it a welcoming place for everyone.
