Absolutely love this Starbucks branch! Sarah takes the order perfectly and Katie makes it absolutely delicious! Extremely efficient team especially during busy hours. I ordered a white chocolate iced latte to go-the employee who took my order was very friendly, asked for my name, etc. the chaos that followed though is troubling. I love Starbucks for the consistency and vertically integrated process they have which allows them to be so consistent. This visit though appeared that orders were being completed in no specific order.
