everyone knows now I based my reviews on the disabled folks, and whether it's a place that respects those that are differently abled and this one does.when you pull up to the restaurant and go in, it's it is flat ... so kudos to that!HOWEVER. I think there should be English-speaking folks that maybe dunkin' donuts gold mine could actually pay for and we all know they can and we ALL KNOW .it never fails to amaze me how places like McDonald's in Dunkin donuts make billions and yet they can't do a simple thing like encouraging its employees to learn English.if these gold mines were just consider the fact towns and cities are now being given a LOT families into their community. they need all the help they can!!! but to my knowledge they do not help those directly in their community.it will be too late once people take their heads out of the sand like ostriches! so I say that every gold mine fast food restaurant contribute to resources for the multiple families that are being sent to the scatter sites and as you know westborough has many extended stay to ✨ hotels..... there can be zero tolerance for racism of discrimination.

The staff here always seems very miserable and depressed. Not friendly and rush you like if you’re bothering them why are you here type of attitude. the coffee was made poorly and the donuts were stale. Definitely not visiting here again.

I had applied her for a job and never got a callback & Im assuming it was because of how honest i was about another job i was in, but i am happy to say that me for being honest to another Manager i got hired immediately and started work the next day. ?

Pretty standard Dunks, but allow double the normal time when you order from the app, as this may be one of the slowest ones in the area.
One star for being a highway-exit Dunkin without a drive thru

Updating my review, because I must say the place has changed drastically since they first opened.Staff is amazing now! Very tentative with the orders, and ensuring best customer service.It's a night and day difference from my first visits to now. What a difference a great staff makes!

I literally had someone bring my order to my car this morning and shove their hand in my face before handing me my coffee... I looked at her quizzically and said "excuse me?" And she replied "my tip." Stunned... I repeated my question as she held my coffees out of reach and she repeated her answer. The third time around she told me "fine! you're not going to tip me when I provided a service" as she finally released my coffee hostage and huffed away... her name was actually Karen. I could not believe it. I called and asked for a manager (who had did not sound the same as a woman- so I knew I was talking to someone different) I explained what happened and she said "ok." ...I paused and asked if this was normal? And she said "no, but I'll talk to her if you want." Again stunned by her reply I asked... "I'm just wondering if this is normal for her to do?" And she said "no, I'll talk to her" as if I was bugging her... overall it was just so very odd and rude! I'm not questioning tipping at all-just the way this woman and the business went about it!
