“It's a Starbucks. Tucked away in the university plaza, it does have limited seating considering the size and no drive thru. It was a wait for one of the small tables. All in all fine. Restrooms a one-person but still gendered, so it can be a wait if in a group of guys or gals.“

“The employees at this dunkin' donuts are pretty good. They did get overwhelmed pretty easily though, I've had a lot of food orders come out wrong from this particular location. I feel it wasn't a lack of effort and caring, but how the store is set up in the amount of people that show up all at once can overwhelm them very easily. The staff in here are very friendly and nice. This location is kid-friendly“

“The Dunkins on Rte 109 is the best!! Very friendly staff always get my order in a fast and efficient way. I go to Dunkins at least twice a day. Hannah & Dave are there to greet ne at the counter I get my medium ice coffee and apple pie and out the door I go. Then I then I usually go back after dinner. Shift leader Rob is usually there to greet me with smile and a big hello,? Matt is also a great employee as well! You 3 very blessed M)“

“I came in late morning, and there was a decent line. The cashier excused herself I’m not sure what we all thought for that moment, but we turned to see her helping an older man get out the door, because he was struggling to open it with his cane.

That kind of human compassion and dignity warrant my respect.

I observed the others on the team working with the crew with great customer service and relationship with customers, and flowing and adaptable teamwork as well.
