“Stopped in on a whim after a doctors appointment. What a great decision that was. Ordered a chicken ceasar wrap and I can’t stop thinking about it. It was so good and probably the best one I’ve had in a long time. The staff were very pleasant and the cafe itself was adorable. Seating inside if you prefer. I am definitely planning on going back. The hard decision is do I try something else or not!?“

“One can’t tell a book by its cover. The place could use a facelift as it’s an old dinner, but the new owners are lovely and always smiling. The coffee roll is like eating a sweet cloud, it’s so light and wonderful. The donuts are so fresh and the blackberry filled are amazing. I could eat one everyday with a Vietnamese Coffee…but I won’t!

“For picky Kiddos…You all may not know you can request hard scoop, which is your traditional scoop of ice cream before it’s made with the machine the New Zealand way. The staff are soooo accommodating and friendly. Color changing spoons are a Bonus.“

“Four Piece Suit is what makes it worth visiting! We have been following them since the 90s, when they were playing music in Tam O’Shanter pub in Brookline, MA. They gathered a huge crowd the day we saw them for the first time. We were fortunate to get in the pub because they were so famous.“

“Just finished eating a plain bagel with jalapeño cream cheese here I almost didn't go because I know their bagels are best when they're fresh and it's getting close to two in the afternoon, but there's a spot out front so I figured I'd try anyway, and just my luck they had a fresh batch of plain bagels that just finished cooking. They were just as good as I remember them being in high school and honestly, the shop looks almost exactly; the same staff are friendly as always and I'll definitely be coming back here next time I'm in Needham. “Great vibe & decor. Food look very appetizing (muffin was good) although we just stopped for coffee. Young girl who served us clearly didn't want to be working.... no smiles, moved slowly - clearly not happy. Coffee was lukewarm & when I asked to have some hot water added (wasn't asking for a new coffee), I was met with indifference! She should have been in the kitchen on that day. Great location for doing a little remote work tho & I am expect it probably is a fab place with a different server.“

I’ve been to several Starbucks in my life and this one is by far the best - the people, the drinks and the atmosphere are all so great. I had a little snaffu with my door dash order this morning - they forgot the eggs on my sandwich ? but I went back & everyone apologized profusely, they remade my sandwich & the manager went over the mistake with the new girl very well - props to him for that! Managing is hard. He did an amazing job correcting her & explaining what happened in a constructive, professional way. She apologized & took accountability for her error. “If you’re looking for a place to sit and rest: this is NOT it. There are no tables indoors (and it’s below freezing outside).

As a disabled person, I can’t carry a drink and walk with my walker at the same time, and I came this far expecting to sit and rest. I was very sad there were no tables. I sat on my walker seat and sipped.

No one told me to leave so there’s that, but I didn’t get to linger and play my game and rest as I had hoped.

I hope they change this or that the outlet gets a sit-in cafe at some point. It’s a bit odd to have so much space empty and not a single table or chair!“

“It's a Starbucks. Tucked away in the university plaza, it does have limited seating considering the size and no drive thru. It was a wait for one of the small tables. All in all fine. Restrooms a one-person but still gendered, so it can be a wait if in a group of guys or gals.“

“This aroma joes is the only one I’ve been to but my gosh, the service, the decor, the atmosphere, environment, the cute tip boxes of “apple juice or orange juice”. You can tell whoever owns this place loves their customers and really wants them to enjoy their experience. The packaging for the food is so intentional, with foiled inside to maintain heat without getting stains on your clothes. The food is just better than another coffee chain. “The employees at this dunkin' donuts are pretty good. They did get overwhelmed pretty easily though, I've had a lot of food orders come out wrong from this particular location. I feel it wasn't a lack of effort and caring, but how the store is set up in the amount of people that show up all at once can overwhelm them very easily. The staff in here are very friendly and nice. This location is kid-friendly“
