“We met family here from out of town. Picked this place as an in between , having never been. The food was very very good. All 5 of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals including an 8 year old. We lingered and ordered more food and no one seemed worried about us staying! After our marathon breakfast/lunch, we went and visited all the shops around patriot place. Very nice visit for all.“

“One can’t tell a book by its cover. The place could use a facelift as it’s an old dinner, but the new owners are lovely and always smiling. The coffee roll is like eating a sweet cloud, it’s so light and wonderful. The donuts are so fresh and the blackberry filled are amazing. Young girl who served us clearly didn't want to be working.... no smiles, moved slowly - clearly not happy. Coffee was lukewarm & when I asked to have some hot water added (wasn't asking for a new coffee), I was met with indifference! She should have been in the kitchen on that day. Great location for doing a little remote work tho & I am expect it probably is a fab place with a different server.“

“CATERING! We used French Press for our 30 person brunch for a birthday party. I couldn't have asked for an easier, more honest experience, and at a great price. The food was DELICIOUS--- we did Bialys, sandwiches, and salads. Plenty of choices even for folks with restrictions. The coffee, of course, was excellent. FWIW, in our group, the first things to go were the egg and bacon bialy and the caprese sandwich. (We had just the right amount of food-- a few leftovers, but we were never worried about running out of anything, all on Kirsten's advice.) Hoping to have another big milestone so we can use them again!“

“It's a Starbucks. Tucked away in the university plaza, it does have limited seating considering the size and no drive thru. It was a wait for one of the small tables. All in all fine. Restrooms a one-person but still gendered, so it can be a wait if in a group of guys or gals.“

Everyone is welcoming and always has good suggestions to help me find what I’m feeling for, even if I’m not sure of it myself. Ryan is a standout in particular, he never fails to make me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated coming in. I’ve been to several Starbucks in my life and this one is by far the best - the people, the drinks and the atmosphere are all so great. It’s one of my favorite places to sit and read in the early morning.“

I had a little snaffu with my door dash order this morning - they forgot the eggs on my sandwich ? but I went back & everyone apologized profusely, they remade my sandwich & the manager went over the mistake with the new girl very well - props to him for that! Managing is hard. He did an amazing job correcting her & explaining what happened in a constructive, professional way. She apologized & took accountability for her error. “If you’re looking for a place to sit and rest: this is NOT it. There are no tables indoors (and it’s below freezing outside).

As a disabled person, I can’t carry a drink and walk with my walker at the same time, and I came this far expecting to sit and rest. I was very sad there were no tables. I sat on my walker seat and sipped.

No one told me to leave so there’s that, but I didn’t get to linger and play my game and rest as I had hoped.

I hope they change this or that the outlet gets a sit-in cafe at some point. It’s a bit odd to have so much space empty and not a single table or chair!“

But after accepting our error, this location was actually pretty cool, nestled in Patriot's Place. The food and service was pretty average for Dunkin, but the theming and decor made this one a little memorable.“

Went to drive through like 2 a.m with hesitation but i had the best Dunkin coffee and also best Dunkin food.
