Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a favorite location with a kind and professional team. The staff provides warm and attentive service, always working efficiently to meet customer needs. Even during a very busy morning rush, customers are greeted with a smile and told to “have a great day!” The dining area and bathrooms are clean, parking is easy, and there is an automatic door button for wheelchair users. The staff is great, full of patience and enthusiasm. One barista was attentive and remade a drink after an order mistake. Another staff member drew an adorable cat on a cup and complimented a customer. The little things make a difference and keep people coming back. The exceptional customer service is worth five stars, though some wish there was a pastry case on display.
