There are really nice workers like Jim, and the food is delicious! I really like this place and come here often.😋
I love the new design! Comfy chairs and sofas remind me of the old model, but updated. Most of all I was most impressed Eleanor, the very kind and thoughtful server.

This Starbucks is located in a university plaza with limited seating and no drive thru, so there can be a wait for a small table. The restrooms are one-person but gendered. The staff is phenomenal and tiptop professional. One barista went above and beyond with service, and another remade a dropped drink without charging. A sweet note on a cup added a fun, personal touch. The area itself has a depressing, very weird prison vibe, but the Starbucks staff is wonderful. A mocha peppermint was an awesome choice with a refreshing hint of mint. A cranberry refresher was pricey but good with unique flavor. The little details really make a difference.
