Last saturday april 9th, i went to this DD & i was surprised because the place was very clean and the crew was very nice. My coffee was perfect and the donut case was perfect best donuts i have ever had. I ordered 2 sandwich and hashbrowns, the sandwich lady i think her name rosa, made my food very fast but it was AMAZING!! She was wicked respectfull and polite to it made my day! Shoutout to her!! This Sourdough Breakfast Sandwich was made perfectly, someone took there time when they created this Picasso! Toasted, the two eggs placed neatly on top of layers of Crispy Bacon , topped off with delicious Cheddar Cheese! Only on Smith Street Dunkin! I've tried others but this one takes the cake!!

They need to be more efficient and friendly at least during the morning rush hours when I was there. Ordered ahead of time on the app and they didn't have it ready when I got there. Had to stand in line just to be able to speak to someone as they wouldn't acknowledge me near the pickup stand.
