Staff was not very pleasant. Asked for a drink with no ice and was told they couldn't do that and had to put ice in it. We have ordered this drink for years this way from dozens of Dunkin's and this is the only place that has ever said that.
The food and atmosphere are great the staff doesn't like listen to you very well there have been multiple times where I have ordered things and received the wrong item or didn't receive them at

Went today around 2pm (give or take) and everything was better than my old go to Dunkin. To make things better was the staff had to deal with a mom Karen (I was there when it toke place) and she was blaming the staff for her donut being watery and the coffee not tasting right (even though it was made exactly how she described it) and she blamed the staff for one of the pieces of the counter being broken even though her son banged on it and she blamed the staff and not her son...read full review
