They make my coffee wrong and no one understood English at all when I spoke with them to fix my car being fixed my order no one understood a word I was saying and it felt like I was in Puerto Rico everyone was speaking in Spanish constantly I don't speak Spanish so I couldn't get my issue resolved because no one understood what the hell I was talking about and they were tons of homeless people hanging out all around and around the corner someone was doing drugs how wonderful
I’ve been going to this dunkin for 7 years now. It used to be the best one I’ve ever been too but now it’s the slowest place ever. I used to walk in and my coffee was waiting for me by the time I paid. They are severely understaffed and poorly trained. I just sat in line for 5 minute and no one’s orders were taken. Had to leave. Incredible!
