Hey the frys were fresh.
Do NOT go here after 12pm, the day shift employees are incapable of keeping up with and taking orders and you better pray they got your order right or else they won't correct it. They are also racially discriminative and will go out of their way to ignore/refuse service if you are not a PoC. Possibly the worst service I've ever had in ANY fast food restaurant ever. I cannot emphasize how much you shouldn't come here during afternoon hours.

This place was excellent. The atmosphere was friendly and elegant but not stuffy. Lobster bisque was to die for. The pork chop was juicy and delicious. Logan our server was knowledgeable and very attentive to our needs.

Visiting McDonald's for a quick meal can be a hit or miss experience. While the Hyde Park location offers a value meal deal for Mc Muffins, the drive-thru service can be inconvenient for disabled customers. The food is always good, but customers have had issues with the order being done and correct, and some receive something they didn't order, like a spicy McChicken instead of a McChicken. There are problems with understanding take out versus dine in, and a language barrier with the employees, which negatively affects everything. This leads to long wait times and a hassle for the customer, with some being upset about wrong orders and being charged full price for deals. Denise and her team are great, and the order is always done and correct.
