“We got very fortunate and grabbed a table as soon as we came in, it was Marathon Monday. Order the mushroom pizza and the kale and nappa cabbage salad. Both came very quickly, and was delicious. Our server, Israel, was amazing. Very knowledgeable and caring. He was fantastic. A great place for food....enjoy”
“Woods Hill Pier 4 offers a dining experience like no other! Nestled by the water, the ambiance is both elegant and relaxed, creating the perfect setting for a memorable meal. The farm-to-table concept shines through in every dish, with fresh, locally sourced ingredients that burst with flavor.”
“We went for dinner last night, the service and food was amazing. The Chef is so friendly and personable. All the staff was so nice. I will definitely be back and I strongly recommend this restaurant!!”
“Attractive room. Great cuisine and wine list. Service was excellent, including host, who graciously sat us when we mistakenly arrived an hour earlier than our reservation. We will gladly return.”

“The food is excellant with pasta and bread made on site. One small criticism is that the server never mentioned the specials however when it was pointed out he offered to change our order if we wanted one.”
“The staff at Brassica are so knowledgeable, fun, and friendly. They bump the best playlists, joke with you, discuss taste preferences, honor allergies, and are actually excited to provide a good dining experience. It's truly a neighborhood gem that I want to gatekeep so badly but will not because everyone deserves this level of stellar dining and the team here deserves to succeed! The food is funky with a heavy focus on fermentation along with honing culinary techniques from around the world without trying to put out “Asian food” or “Latin cuisine” or “fusion”, just their own creations. They make spirits in house (turns out I can like vermouth!) and source wines from places most others restaurants don’t dare to cover. It’s where I bring all my visitors if I can snag a table!”
“This place does not miss. I have been here many times for friends birthdays, anniversaries or family dinners and they are always extraordinary. The wait staff is professional, the drinks taste amazing (but are still strong), and the steak is some of the best I have ever had. The bread is always fresh that they bring to the table and the side are all very tasty. I highly recommend the tomahawk steak and a dirty martini from this place. A match made in heaven.”

“What a shame I didn't discover this place sooner. Very good atmosphere, charming service and great quality of food.We had dinner at the bar and I enjoyed the experience many times. The Oysters are very top. We also ordered tuna and sea bass tartare.I will repeat for sure”

“The food is absolutely delicious! The Lamb Souvlaki and Slow Roasted Lamb, well seasoned, delicious, and tender. The Mkhlovani and the Arugula and Fig Salad were tasty and nicely done.”
“Went on a Saturday night, had the pleasure of being seated and taken care of by Gwynne and cooked for by Miles. Incredible service, wonderful food, and amazing wine recommendations. Couldn’t name a better place in Southie, let alone Boston. Dates, family visits, drinks with friends - bring them all here and make sure you ask for Gwynne and give a shout to Miles (get the pickles)! Will be back ASAP”
“Eventide Fenway absolutely had the most amazing food I’ve ever tasted. Carefully crafted seafood cuisine, raw bar and great cocktails. I hear that there is a mothership location in Maine. I’ll try that too one day. PERFECTION! Great staff too”

“THIS PLACE WENT FROM BEING ONE OF THE BEST GEMS TO A PLACE THAT FEELS SO UNCOMFORTABLE TO EVEN SET A FOOT IN. I'VE BEEN TO THIS PLACE FOR OVER 10 YEARS, SINCE PANDEMIC HAVE NOT GONE. WE FINALLY WENT, THE MINUTE I WALKED IN THE PERSON AT CASHIER SAID WHEN YOUR READY TO ORDER YOU COME HERE, BLINDED BY IT AS IS A RESTAURANT NOT A FAST FOOD SPOT I LOOKED AT HER AND ASK FOR THE MENU SHE LOOKS AT ME AND POINTS INFRONT OF HER TO GO GET IT MIND YOU, THERE ARE 3 OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO WORK THERE .....I LET IT PASS AND TRIED TO GIVE THIS PLACE A SECOND CHANCE COMING BACK THE FOLLOWING WEEK AS THE FOOD ACTUALLY WAS GOOD THE WEEK PRIOR. WELL SERVICE WAS ONLY WORSE THIS TIME AROUND, THE WOMAN AT CASHIER LOOKED BOTHER BY JUST BEING THERE TAKING OUR ORDER AS THE TIME PRIOR OTHER PEOPLE BEHIND HER WHO ALSO WORKED THERE STANDING JUST THERE. WE GET OUR FOOD REALIZING I GOT CORN TORTILLAS ASKED IF THEY CAN BE SWITCHED TO FLOURONE OF THE EMPLOYEES RESPONSE WELL IF YOU DON'T EAT THEM THERE GOING TO THE TRASH AND I AM LOOKING AT HER LIKE OKAY IS FINE CAN I PAY FOR AN EXTRA ORDER OF TORTILLAS OF FLOUR. THE AMOUNT OF DISPLEASSURE THESE WOMAN HAVE BEING THEIR IS SO UNCOMFORTABLE DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY WHERE YOU DON'T WANT TO BE SERVED, ASIDE FROM THE FOOD FEELING SO RUSH THIS TIME AROUND AS WE GOT THERE AT 8 THEY CLOSED AT 10PM. I UNDERSTAND RESTAUTANT INDUSTRY IS NOT EASY BUT FOR ME TO GO TO AND SPEND MY MONEY IN A PLACE THAT FEELS SO FORCED TO WORK IS NOT WORTH MY TIME NOR MONEY.”
“Best restaurant in Boston. Yep I said it. I’ve been 4 times and it only gets better. Everything I’ve tried has been incredible. Favs include tallegio cappelletti and panna cotta.”
“I've tried Ernesto's North End on two occasions. The first time I ordered pizza by the slice which was reheated to order. The second occasion I ordered a whole pizza which they made to order. The fresh pizza was much better than the pizza by the slice. The whole pizza took under 10 minutes to make. The crust was perfect and crunchy without the flop. The cheese and ricotta cheese topping was a little thick and kept falling off. But overall very good pizza. I'd say 5 star for the fresh made pizza and 3 star for the pizza by the slice. Workers were very friendly and the pizza with toppings was about $27 which was very reasonable.”
“Attractive room. Great cuisine and wine list. Service was excellent, including host, who graciously sat us when we mistakenly arrived an hour earlier than our reservation. We will gladly return.”
“You can roll a D20 to get a mystery drink, and the concotuons we got were very good but wild. One was the spiciest drink ive ever had. The food here is fantastic, but the plates are small. The restaurant itself is even smaller, so you'll need a reservation to eat.100% would go again.”
“We have been at noon, on Monday, a very slow and almost empty. They have variety but of a medium quality. With many friends, to meet on a beer with something to share could be more suitable according to my opinion”
“Always a delicious meal prepared and served by a great team. If you like watching how the magic happens, book the chef's counter. And order the crispy chickpeas to start--delicious. We had a toasted farro pasta with deliciously earthy mushrooms and the wild boar bolognese. The fennel salad and chicken liver mousse were scrumptious.”
“Left another place to come here because the customer service was bad. What a 180. Citizen staff was friendly, great w/suggestions and helped secure me a seat at their busy bar. Had two great cocktails and a delicious pepper seared filet. Well done Citizen Pub!! I will be back!”
“The crème brûlée is BOMB! And so are all the sides, and the tiramisu! NY Strip and the ribeye were also pretty good! Lovely ambiance and GREAT service. Service is surprisingly fast, as well, at least at lunchtime. I usually eat at the bar.”

“Always cozy and friendly vibes, exciting wine list (yes it's all natural wines, and I don't like wines super natty, but there's a lot of variety for everyone!).”
“This restaurant is amazing, my favorite in Boston. We loved the meatballs, ragu, the NY strip steak, the panna cotta, and the cocktails. The steak was cooked perfectly, the sauce and accompaniments really make the dish shine. The service is impeccable, with new dishes between each course, timely service, and all around professionalism. I’ve gotten the orchiette pasta before and this time it wasn’t as I remembered - it had a bit of a charred flavor. We mentioned this, and we had a replacement dish in no less than 90 seconds. “I came here to celebrate Valentine's day with my husband. Personally speaking, I've not been a big fan of Asian fusion food, but I was delightfully surprised by the food at Myers & Chang. We got one beef udon dish and a braised beef dish, with both turning out very good but both a bit salty - so we had to get one more bowl of rice to top up. Additionally, they were kind enough to let me order a drink from the brunch menu. I would come back!”

“My aunt is Thai and once I moved to Boston she implored I visit for authentic Thai food! This is the most reminiscent of authentic Thai food like I used to get when I visited!! Cannot recommend this enough!!! Basil fried rice and massaman curry are incredible!!!”

“Honestly really pleasantly surprised considering it wasn’t that busy on a Saturday night. Food was great, service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely come ”

“Fun restaurants on the border between Chinatown and downtown with a huge variety of hotpot offerings, different broths and other menu items for those that don’t want to engage in the messy fun. The service is great and super helpful especially for first timers. While the broths are great, overall the food is okay and will not blow your mind. The menu is a bit chaotic and it can be challenging to pick the right amounts and types of meat to use for the hotpot. I would probably try out different , smaller places going forward”
“We were absolutely taken to a new level of gastronomic excellence at Mamma Maria's! The restaurant is in a beautiful historic building and the space is an experience in and of itself. We were treated like family and the flavors of each dish were heavens above our previous experiences. You must absolutely make a reservation here to enjoy all of your the hard work and feel like a king for a few hours.”
“My friend group has really enjoyed using the private yurts on the patio the past two years. We have had Lydia a few times now and she makes brunch so much more fun. Love the drinks, especially the espresso martini.”

24 Hour Restaurants
“Stopped here late night and I was surprised that they are open 24 hours a day. We tried a couple of the arancini balls, cookies and cannolis and all were good. It does get a little chaotic on a late Saturday night as they need a door man to control the head count in the store and it does have a small stressful buying experience.”
“Been going here for close to 20 years. One of our favorite diners. Staff are cool. Cooks are on point. Great value. Foods savage. !! Even better late night after a long night out.”
“I accidentally went to the wrong Beacon Hotel and the entire staff was so nice and accommodating. They assisted me with getting to the right hotel and offered e espresso. I will definitely be back to visit.”
“Friends and I stopped by to grab a bite and witnessed a really beautiful moment! A child and their parent were in the store, and their Minnie balloon floated to the ceiling with no string attached. An employee named Victor tried to grab the balloon and when they couldn’t, Victor went to the back, grabbed a step stool and got the balloon down. Victor deserves some recognition!Maria gave us our food, 3 soups and sandwiches, and all were good.”
“1115 PM deranged vagrant asked for change, cramped parking, cars likely involved in non-donut activities. For a Jacksonville girl, this was all run of the mill.I recommend the double chocolate with sprinkles.”
“I enjoy going to IHOP. The service is pleasant & professional. However, my food wasn't hot. The atmosphere is comfortable whether you dine alone or with a group. I will attend again.Parking: There is plenty of parking.”
“Relatively cheap on the weekends, considering the parking prices in downtown. Much more expensive during weekdays. Would recommend using the app and book in advance. Super easy! Only downside, the garage itself is a bit narrow, which is pretty common in that area though.”
“Fast and friendly staff! Ordered quickly at this Dunkin' and they had my drinks and food ready in no time. This one is located in the B Terminal. The sausage, egg, and cheese croissant is my favorite with a medium iced chai latte! Dunkin's coffee is way better than Starbucks tbh and half the price (;”
“Since I know how prominent Dunkin' is in the Northeast my wife and I stopped here to grab a quick bite for a long day of sightseeing. Plus, it was convenient to our hotel. The cashier was friendly and took our order promptly. I had a sausage and cheese sandwich. My wife went with the avocado toast. Sandwich was pretty good, but my wife was disappointed with her selection. The place seemed clean, but there is no seating. There a couple of tables to stand at to eat. A useful spot to visit for a quick bite in the morning.”
“Great spot right on the way to or from your train with decent food.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on a flat surface so if you can get into South Station it's fully accessible!”
“Food is good and staff is friendly but you can only get drive thru and to go…due to the overwhelming amount of homeless people in the area…dining in is not allowed.Parking: Lots of open, available and accessible parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: They have the kids menu and the happy meals which are great for kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.”
“We came from Chicago to explore Boston. After we visited Bunker Hill, we were looking for a place to hide from the rain. The only place that was close was the "Brewer's Forks". Honestly we were pretty skeptical at first, but we were extremy delighted by the very tasy, delicious food and warm and nice atmosphere. We loved it so much that we decided to stop by the next day again before we went to the airport! We met Jeorge and Kyle who are very professional, polite and nice guys. They helped us choose from their very interesting and outstanding pizza flavors. We have never tried such delicious pizza before. Also the big variety draft beers was very impressive. I would recommend everyone to visit this place. Delicious and authentic food all made fresh at the restaurant, professional stuff and warm atmosphere, everything that you need to feel good!!!”

Tresca
“The food overall was excellent. The fried calamari starter with those Italian peppers mixed in was a welcome surprise. The focaccia bread was really good and fresh served with a high-quality olive oil. I had the chicken parmesan with vodka sauce (#1). The sauce was fresh and bright and had just the right amount of bite from vodka (which is usually missing). My wife had the carbonara and she said it was good but carbonara traditionally doesn’t have cream in it and she would’ve liked a more egg forward traditional carbonara. That said, the pasta was cooked very well and there are several other great things about the restaurant. The Chef and owner was extremely attentive, even seeing us on the stairwell on the way out a half hour later asking about the meal, very impressive.”

“We visited from Austin and had to try it out before the Celts game, loved it so much we went back the next day as well! Great pizza, great convo with staff, great atmosphere.”
“The little cakes and drinks are seasonal but they're so cute and delicious. I went in August and got a mango and a rose cake and a lavender drink. This January there was an apple and a hazelnut cake. They also made us a mocha latte that was so chocolatey and delicious. I love this place! It's pretty cozy and there's not a ton of sitting areas just fyi”
“The food is excellent and the staff are extremely friendly. My favorite dish is the Isshindo ramen - the broth, noodles, egg and pork are delicious - you can’t go wrong ordering this! I highly recommend giving this place a try :)”
“Ursula and Barbara are one of a kind. From the minute you walk in the door you’re treated like family. And did I mention the food is phenomenal….LOVE this place!!”
“Tatte Bakery & Cafe at One Boston Place offers a delightful culinary experience. The ambiance is cozy, with a charming atmosphere perfect for catching up with friends or enjoying a quiet moment alone. The pastries and baked goods are simply divine, each bite bursting with flavor and freshness.”
“Really vibrant and lively place! Really great atmosphere and was lucky to get a table pretty quick even though was full! Lovely food! Staff were really welcoming and knowledgeable of menu!”
“Got a hot chocolate and a walnut banana bread babka. The hot chocolate was warm but watery, but the babka STOLE THE SHOW!!! Warm, buttery, chocolate goodness with banana and cinnamon. Crispy and soft at the same time??”
“Charming little place. So many great menu options. The smoked salmon avocado toast and the yogurt and fruit cup were terrific. Would love to try more items, all the dishes looked great. Staff was friendly and efficient as well.”
“Great service, excellent food, and a delightful selection of ouzo and tsipouro, Kava gives off a clean, modern vibe while remaining friendly, unique, and authentically Greek. Highly recommend a visit, even if you just stop by the bar.”
“I attended an event yesterday at this amazing Restaurant. The atmosphere is so inviting, the drinks were delicious. Food was absolutely scrumptious. And the staff all so kind and friendly. I highly recommend stopping in for a cocktail or dinner, you won’t be disappointed!!!”
“stuffed cabbage (rice + pork) smothered in tomato sauce. middle — grilled kielbasa on a bed of ‘bigos’ aka hunters stew (fresh & cured meats + mushrooms + sauerkraut) right — variety of boiled pierogis + caramelized onions & bacon bits. everything deserves the ‘chefs kiss’ rating. this is a sampler type plate, but it was the perfect dinner that day.”

“One of the better north end restaurants. The pork chop was tender, flavorful and well prepared. I had two Negroni's the first lacked the "proper" vermouth (Antica Formula), IMHO.”
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Monument in Charlestown with a large party, and I can't praise them enough for their incredible hospitality and outstanding food. Right from the start, they made us feel welcomed and accommodated us with ease, despite the size of our group. They had a great little back corner of the bar set aside for us, we were treated to chips, salsa, and guacamole, which set the tone for the amazing meal to come. The cucumber salsa was a standout, offering a refreshing and unique twist that had everyone at the table raving. It's not something you find just anywhere, and it's a must-try for anyone visiting Monument. And let's talk about the chicken sliders – they were absolutely delicious! Perfectly cooked and flavored to perfection, these sliders were a hit among our group, capturing the essence of what makes Monument's menu so special.Overall, the combination of friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and delectable dishes makes Monument a top-notch dining destination in Charlestown. Whether you're planning a gathering for a large group or looking for a spot to enjoy a fantastic meal, Monument has you covered. I'm already looking forward to my next visit to enjoy more of their culinary creations!”

“Ugh best coffee and banh mi in town but man I hate how cheap these Vietnamese workers act as if we're in Vietnam. So much aggression when requesting for extra butter in the banh mi. I've been a customer here for 20 years and it's always been like this that's why I don't come a lot. Like charge me for it or put less meat on. Don't tell me that it's enough if I say add more then just do it for gods sake. I even had a friend ask for more butter and the lady said it would make her fat. Ordered on uber eats where you can pay an extra 50cents for more butter and still had a dry ass banh mi. Stop acting so goddamn cheap”
“Great experience at bottomless brunch. Food was good, not the best ever but tasty and filling. Some stuff came out a bit cold and could have used more salt but overall tasty.”
“I will come here again and again and again. The atmosphere and staff are both so welcoming and warm. The food was so delicious and flavorful. Fasika has the best Ethiopian food in Boston and they never disappoint. I would recommend Fasika to all.”
“When I say that the food here was AMAZING, I'm not exaggerating! I ordered an OG Chicken Sandwich and it tasted very good! The bun was an excellent match as well. For 10 dollars, I think the sandwich was very good. I plan to order again.”
“Those darn lemon pepper honey wings, omg! Yes, more, please. A coworker introduced me to these wings, and I am grateful lol. The only thing I can proceed on it is, if it could be a little bit crispier with more honey. At least, that's how I like them. I had to edit this because I forgot to mention a situation. 1 day, a co-worker and I went to this bar last year to grab some food after work and when we left. I got home, and I noticed I did not have my purse. I immediately called the bar. I explained to the bartender what had happened, and the bartender saw my purse still hanging on the chair in which I was sitting. After speaking with her, she held on to my purse. I immediately returned back to the bar. And got my things. Not a single item was missing. The more I pointed out of the story is. There are some honest customers and honest workers at this bar.”
“Good prices, cheaper than most places you go to, calm atmosphere, had the soccer game on, just a nice little neighborhood food spot. Gives a nice friendly vibe. Has a few cute little arcade machines and even a coin-pusher machine, which you don't see often. Really nice to stop in at while I'm waiting for my laundry to finish up at rossmore maytag.”
“I honestly do not know why people are giving the Taco Bell side! It's not as good as California, where I'm from, but that's cuz produce is not the same anywhere on the East Coast. The staff is friendly here, my food is always stuffed nicely and I've never been to any Taco Bell where they got your order correct the first time. If you are looking for yummy late night fast food, you can't go wrong with 4th meal! Just make sure to check your order at the window before you leave!”
“On a quick trip to Boston, we were determined not to eat anywhere we could eat at home. Originally walked right by, but they had me at "hot sandwich" so we went in. Sandwiches were delicious. Hubby had a toasty turkey and I scarfed down the Pizza Melt. Warmed us from the inside out. Friendly service, yummy food- doesn't get much better. **Don't walk by!"”
“Unfortunately, I had to spend overnight in the Terminal B waiting for my connecting flight in the morning almost 8 hours later. Fortunately for me, there was this Dunkin' Donuts open 24-hours here. I don't know why the reviews are so negative, but the fact that this DD is open all night is good enough for their service for me. I arrived to BOS from Germany around 7:30 p.m, and by the time I put my luggage at Baggage Transfer Point through passport control and baggage claims, it was well past 8:30 p.m. I made my way to my connecting flight terminal, it was about 9:30 p.m. I was very glad to see an open Dunkin' Donut. The in-flight food was not sufficient, so I grabbed 2 for $5 deal with a cup of hot coffee. Mmm, it hit the spot. The man who alone was serving customers all night wasn't too friendly, but he did his job. I ended up getting some coffee a couple of times before going through the TSA Security Point at 3:35. New shipment of donuts come in at about 3:30, so there was some disappointed customers. You can't blame the server for that.”
“This McDonald's is very consistently good. The food is always fresh and hot. Rarely have I had sub-par food here -- since McDonald's can sometimes be hit or miss, this one always hits.”
“I went there with my daughter today after a very rough few days, the staff didn’t know this and yet, they made my daughter and me very happy with their outstanding customer service!”
“Of all the national sandwich shop chains, Potbelly is one of my favorites...the reason? They have good quality meats and cheeses and they toast every one of their sandwiches in their fun and quick toaster conveyor at 500F. I am not a crazy fan of sandwiches, but when I get one, I like them toasted. Potbelly delivers. This location is Boston was busy when I went, but being in downtown, that is expected. There's a mobile app that can be downloaded for those who frequent the chain and that way, you can order ahead and just the way you like it. When I went, you could get a free sandwich after your first $5 purchase on the app. My toasted chicken club sandwich was crispy on the outside and moist and savory on the inside....a great treat !”
“This particular DD as we say it here in Boston is the number one start to plenty of patrons coming from everywhere to work @ Brigham and women's hospital and other neighboring businesses that have been in the Brigham Circle area for quite sometime that patrons frequently 4 and shop. However DD is the morning start for Everyone with the friendly start to your day.P.S. couldn't remember all you guy's name and i don't wanna say or write it wrong so pls charge it to my head not my heart ❤❤.”
“Shout out to the lady that worked the drive through tonight. They had no pink lemonade and haven’t for a long time. But this lady made her own version of it using what they had and it was a very good dupe. I’d been craving hi-c pink lemonade and while they didn’t have it, I appreciate her going the extra mile. Food was decent per usual but not the best I’ve ever had from a Burger King thus 4 instead of 5”
“I was short on time for work and was informed that the baked ziti here required a 20 minute wait. The man at the front desk reassured me that this time it would only take 15 minutes and he delivered on that promise. I got to work AHEAD of schedule with enough time to eat this tasty pasta. I am official a fan of Parm!”
“Ursula and Barbara are one of a kind. From the minute you walk in the door you’re treated like family. And did I mention the food is phenomenal….LOVE this place!!”
“A comfortable upscale seafood restaurant. Service was excellent and a whole branzino special was nicely prepared with crispy skin and deboned. The clam chowder was also good and the beer menu had excellent options.”

Carmelina's
“My partner and I stopped here on a rainy afternoon while visiting my sister. I cannot stop thinking about the food. It was definitely the best pasta I’ve had in my life. I cannot wait until we visit her again. It’s high priority that we make it back here.”
Fine Dining
“The desert, campfire brownies, was merely good. That was the ONLY quibble of the evening. Ambiance? Impeccably glamorous, down to the textured walls, but still a bit cheeky and fun due to the speakeasy style entrance. Cocktails? Complex, interesting, and strong - Bijou, SVD, Espresso Martini, and Irish Coffee were all on point. Service? Attentive without being overbearing, team service at it's best. Steaks? Both the Ribeye and NY strip were perfectly cooked and meltingly delicious, enhanced by the herbed butter served on top and the house demiglace. Bone marrow? Just perfect, the onion jam is the right counterpoint to its richness. Mac and Cheese? On point. Bread and butter? The butter... how do they make something as simple as seasoned whipped butter this magical... who cares, they just do, just eat it. It's not a cheap dinner but isn't at all overpriced for what it is. This place is a gem, you should make a reservation today.”
“O Ya was a place I've been trying to get to for 3-4 years. On an episode of the youtube series Hot Ones where celebs eat progressively hotter wings Salma Hayek proclaimed O Ya as her favorite restaurant. When I heard it was a restaurant in Boston I knew I had to try it. Each piece was creatively constructed and layered with complimentary flavors. Pictured here is the entire 20 course omakase plus 1 extra (the umi toast). If you look at the image of the menu and zoom in there are additional items you can add to your courses. I asked the waiter if I went with just one what does he suggest and he said the umi toast and I'm happy he did. The umi toast was a crispy tangent that I really appreciated. There is a steep price tag to eat here, but you will be here for 2-2.5 hours so I think of it more like an edible art show. I had an amazing time here and I hope you do as well.Vegetarian options: My wife got the vegetarian omakase of 20 pieces and if I get back here sometime I want to try it. They put just as much effort into the vegetarian menu as they do the regular one. My wife was also really impressed with 99% of the vegetarian menu. The crushed ice shisho leaf was the one piece that wasn't her style, but I tasted it from her dish and thought it was delicious.”
“What an incredible experience as my wife and celebrated our anniversary. We were made to feel special from the very first moment we arrived through dinner and coffee/dessert. If you have a special occasion coming out, this is the place to come.”
“It took me 2 years to get to Lenox Sophia and I am kicking myself for not having made it there sooner now! What a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we waddled out with full bellies. We sat at the counter and what fun to be near the (sparkling clean) kitchen and watch the chefs at work. They were calm and coordinated even thought the place was full; you can tell Chef Mei has worked in Keller kitchens. We ordered the omnivores and veg menu and were able to alter the veg menu to have fish course from the omnivore side. I am super glad I did because the red perch was perfect with the light cornmeal crust (pretty sure it was cornmeal) and the zing of the perfectly pickled mussels. I can't get the perfect consistency of the celeriac course out of my mind. We got a special treat of the beet tartar. My mouth is watering again thinking of it. The cracker was the perfect complement and as a beet lover, I say this with respect... It didn't have the earthiness that some folks don't like about beets but I think it highlighted beets well. Basically, I think Chef Mei did some magic. You can probably tell I can keep going about the dinner. And I haven't even touched on the service which was exceptional. Knowledgeable, attentive without being too much (which isn't easy in a small space). Needless to say at this point probably, but I will be going back to Lenox Sophia!”
“Overall loved the sushi, the wait staff, and the experience. It was a little darker than what I would have wanting in terms of lighting. But other than that would book again for sure. The sushi was so good. And our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable.”
“Do not be alarmed by the fact that one must walk through another noisy and Hawaiian-themed restaurant to get to this sushi restaurant. Once the food is served, you will immediately forget the weird entrance. Every piece is creative and superbly seasoned. Perfection from beginning to end!!! The Japanese rice is just the right softness. The fish is cut to the right size and thickness. This is definitely one of the best sushi restaurants in Boston! What a pleasant surprise!!! Highly recommend!!!!!Minor note to chefs - if you could play some nice jazz music, it would make the meal even more pleasant and authentic. Right now the pop music does not go with the high quality sushis.”
“Fine dining. Great calamari with spinach and salmon perfectly prepared. Nice selections of wine and solid cocktails. The service could have been a bit cozier as there were some junior staff that didn't quite have the same polish.”
“The restaurant/bar was very cozy and comfortable and the food was delicious! Thanks to our server Jen we had a great evening and even stopped in the next night for cocktails!”
“Absolutely fantastic experience - food and staff were incredible, and the entire meal will always be remembered as a favorite in the North End. You can feel and taste the passion behind what they do here, and we absolutely loved the family-style seating, it was great to connect with other couples. If you see any 1-star reviews citing poor service, IGNORE them, they are simply upset about being held to a cancellation policy. Cannot recommend this spot enough, #1 on my list when in Boston! You will not find better Italian or a more authentic experience.”
“The food is delicious. The service is professional and friendly. Love, love love Deuxave. The atmosphere is great. Very attractive and you can hear the other people at your table but the tables are spaced well enough that you’re not hearing other tables.”
“In my many years of work in the service industry it is rare to come across a server as skilled and as talented as Jason, from the moment he introduced himself to the end of our meal he made his presence felt. He constantly provided high quality recommendations and answered any question posed by our party. From top to bottom our dining experience was unbelievable and Jason played a significant part in it. Will gladly be returning as the delicious food and top notch service will provide a constant reason to keep visiting.”
“Ate here again, 7 years later. What an Excellent dinner. Not cheap by any means, but service was top notch and the food/wine/cocktails were all delicious. I would not be surprised if this place is handed a Michelin star in the future. Go here for a special occasion - you will not be disappointed.”
“We took a friend to Mistral to celebrate his birthday tonight and our waiter, Leni, made the evening so special! He was very attentive but let us set the pace, he was always available to attend to our needs but we never felt rushed. He recognized that we were celebrating a birthday and had a dessert sent to our table, complete with a candle, so that we could celebrate in style. The food and drinks were prepared to perfection, as always, but it was Leni who truly made the night special for us. I highly recommend Mistral for special occasions, as well as weeknight dining (their pizzas are awesome) and highly commend Leni for his superb service.”
“One of the first places me and my boyfriend went to while he was visiting Boston. The steak was flavorful and buttery, and the sides were up to par. The tots!!! So so good. Our drinks were exactly according to our taste. I like sweeter drinks so the bar made a drink just for me. Would go here again if I need to go to a restaurant that I know is good and won't upset anyone.”
“When one can compare the best Filet Mignon against an A5 Wagyu you know you are in a Moo cow type of place.. as a Boston visitor go and enjoy what USA does best...Meat?”

Farmacia
“If I could only get cocktails from one place for the rest of my life, they would be at Farmacia. The seasonal menus mean there are always new and very creative cocktails to try and the 9-seat limit lends itself to fun and interesting conversations with your host and other patrons. Phillip is so welcoming and accommodating and it really adds to the experience. Reservations are hard to come by but are well worth the wait.”

Myers+Chang
“I came here to celebrate Valentine's day with my husband. Personally speaking, I've not been a big fan of Asian fusion food, but I was delightfully surprised by the food at Myers & Chang. We got one beef udon dish and a braised beef dish, with both turning out very good but both a bit salty - so we had to get one more bowl of rice to top up. Additionally, they were kind enough to let me order a drink from the brunch menu. I would come back!”
Cheap Eats
“the best Sicilian pizza and Arancini in America the USA ❤️ I've been coming here since my teenage years back in the 1980s ❤️ Thanks again Ralph and Paul the nicest people very friendly from your friend domenic ❤️ 5 stars A+ always ...”
“Sip of Joy is a lovely spot in the South End to enjoy a drink and pastry. The service is friendly, and the space is bright and welcoming. There are different types of seating, including counter stools and a large table.I got a plain croissant that was warmed up, and an iced chai latte. Both were tasty, but while I wouldn't get the croissant again, there were other treats that I want to try in the future.”
“I frequent this place and another similar fusion restaurant nearby and I will say that this is definitely the more consistent of the two, albeit a bit pricier. Most of their menu items are quite delicious and the rice entrees also come with a side of miso soup, but I find some of the more Korean entrees very heavy in plain veggies and lacking in salt, which makes them a bit more bland than I'm used to from other places. I really enjoy the Coreanos Bowl and their quesadillas, and would recommend them if you are looking to give this place a try.”
“Simple but impressive dive bar in the heart of downtown Boston. It’s what every dive bar should be. Recommend if you’re in the area, also saw food but did not have the chance to try.”
“I’ve been to so many breakfast places in Boston, and this is by far the best I’ve been to. I wouldn’t recommend any place else. The food was cooked excellently, yet fast, the service was great, and even though the restaurant itself is a bit snug, it makes it perfect for a cozy and homey feel. Love love love!”
“I’ve had them all, all the breakfast sandwiches Boston has to offer. And while there are some seriously good contenders, there’s a new champ in town. This is hands down, the undisputed best breakfast sandwich you can currently get in the Boston area. The freshly made English muffins are impeccable, the eggs always perfectly cooked. They use the highest quality ingredients, their bacon and sausage are just next level deliciousness. But it’s the small attention to details that put them over the top. Additionally, they have great customer service and if your order online you can cut the lines that form on the weekend. And don’t sleep on their ever growing lunch options, my personal fave being the turkey #1, add sunny sauce, in fact add sunny sauce to anything you get here, it’s that good. Sunny Girl is a true breakfast gem.”
“America's #1 dive bar. Free pool tables, cheap (and strong) drinks, great juke box, great bar staff, friendly and funny owner, and the world's most handsome door guy. Everything you could ever want in a small dive.”
“Cool atmosphere, great coffee and tea drinks. Breakfast is awesome and lunch is always delicious. Super friendly service, the staff is amazing. Highly recommend!”
“The best breakfast spot in eastie and arguably Boston. Only issue is their phone is awful so calling is a major issue. I try to order pick up but they usually cant hear you so I get pickup somewhere else.”
“I ordered a black sesame latte, Jerusalem bagel, and a tiramisu. Never had a Jerusalem bagel so I was very curious, and it was good! Has a very cozy yet lively vibes. Love all the interior designs. Would have to come back to try more things! Service wasn’t too bad.”
“Ron’s is one of my favorite places. I have eaten at all locations. If you ever see Ron himself who is often at the Hyde Park location chat with him. He is such a sweet guy. We recently interviewed him for our YouTube channel Life1ohwon.”
“Stopped by this quaint little coffee shop the morning I was leaving Boston. It had a nice vibe to it. And such a variety! Ice cream. Pastries that looked amazing. Expensive variety of different copies espresso‘s ect. The music was and atmosphere made you feel like you were in Italy. Nice little outside area to sit and enjoy the beautiful street going ons. Will go back to try again to try more of their wares.”
“Great pizza in a modern brick atmosphere with some reasonable pricing. Bonus is they do slices as well as fresh sandwiches and salads. I would rate the large and tasty slices as being above Upper Crust's and their ingredients appear to be top notch. They do a "2 slice free drink" special.Service appears to be friendly with regulars/neighbors and professional/straightforward with all others. Bathroom on site too.Vegetarian options: Veggie sandwich, salad, and pizza options.”
“This was one of the best ramen I've ever eaten. The pasta was at the right point, the sauce tasty. It has Japanese beverage options. The environment is small and only accepts cash payments, but it is really worth going to eat there.”
“Hey Beantown foodies!Listen up, because I've got the inside scoop on the ultimate pasta joint in Boston just for us. Picture this: any pasta you fancy, with a kick of spice that'll make your taste buds dance. The Cajun Chicken and shrimp? Mind-blowing stuff, I'm telling you. Creamy sauce, Cajun spice – it's a flavor explosion. And don't even get me started on their lobster ravioli, hands down the best in Beantown. Trust me, this spot beats out any other pasta place, even the famous joints up in the North End. Dive into flavor town and thank me later!Top recommendation:1. Lobster Ravioli2.Cajun Chicken and Shrimp3. Shrimp scampi”

Cafe Polonia
“stuffed cabbage (rice + pork) smothered in tomato sauce. middle — grilled kielbasa on a bed of ‘bigos’ aka hunters stew (fresh & cured meats + mushrooms + sauerkraut) right — variety of boiled pierogis + caramelized onions & bacon bits. everything deserves the ‘chefs kiss’ rating. this is a sampler type plate, but it was the perfect dinner that day.”

MIDA
“I always love MIDA. The food is terrific and you can actually talk during a meal. We were a group of four and managed to share several main meals and sides. They were all excellent and the restaurant provided an extra dish because they were out of something we ordered, which was appreciated service. This is one of my go-to restaurants for a really great dinner with an unpretentious vibe.”
“It's been awhile since we'd eaten at Elephant Walk and my wife & I realized how much we missed it!The menu is unique, combining French & Cambodian dishes in a very tasty way. We always order the Rouleaux (a variation on a spring roll that you roll yourself) for a starter. Other favorites include Amok Royale & Curry of Shrimp Crevettes. The wine list has a great selection, though it leans a bit pricey. I wouldn't skip dessert; we had a flourless chocolate cake. Service was friendly & pitch-perfect. On-street parking is very easy and it's not a far walk from Back Bay Orange Line station or the Silver Line bus. We won't wait so long to return!”
“Food is delicious Italian simple recipes and large portions. The prices may look steep, but then the portions make up for it. Prepare to have very attentive service if you sit at the bar, where your water won't be left empty, nor will you need to ask for another drink. The atmopshere is usually lively and the staff is friendly. I like that they not only have a nice wine selection but a good list of varying beers on tap.”

Ma Maison
“When visiting a French restaurant expectations are high. The food tends to be exquisite and some dishes are here. The Foie Gras is amazing and so are all the deserts we tried. However the escargot which is something I always try at French restaurants was only ok.The service varies on who your server is as we had friends who came to the restaurant after we sat and we ordered before they even got their menus and yet they had their appetizers first. When looking for someone to call for a refill and even when we wanted the menus for desert, it is very difficult to catch anyone looking at your table as if each waiter will only look at their own table only. On the bright side they brought us water as soon as we sat and refilled it often. That is how I would get someone's attention...finish my water so someone could come by and I could ask for something. The place is very small and you will have to be a party of two and be lucky to get a table without a reservation, which is what happened with our friends..who came in a little after we sat and were hoping they could sit with us, but with such little space it seemed unlikely they would even be able to get a table but as they were asking a table for two was leaving. Its rather on the expensive side which can be understood with the quality of some of the dishes, however I would except everything to be great for these prices. Its a good place with potential to be great.”
“It's a treat to have tea here. The space is lovely and the service was exemplary! The food was delicious, very fresh and tasty combinations. We were served salmon mousse and lobster salad small sandwiches that would have been superb had they been on a lighter bread. All the other tea sandwiches were fabulous (egg salad, cucumber, and a mini roast beef in Yorkshire pudding) Scone with Devonshire cream and lemon curd was great and desserts were scrumptious. Individual pots of tea from a varied selection of teas rounded out our meal. I particularly appreciated the tea service - generous, hot, warmed milk if you take milk, "one lump or two" ?. Altogether a very nice time. A tad pricy compared to many but well worth it for a special time.”
“Went here to catch up with some friends over brunch - it was great! Food was good and the restaurant looked nice. They let us hang out well after our check was paid AND they continued serving us water, even after we had already closed out. As a fellow server, I know what it's like to want a table to leave after they've cashed out, but I didn't feel this way at all. Great experience and I will definitely be back!”
“Left another place to come here because the customer service was bad. What a 180. Citizen staff was friendly, great w/suggestions and helped secure me a seat at their busy bar. Had two great cocktails and a delicious pepper seared filet. Well done Citizen Pub!! I will be back!”
“The food here is absolutely amazing and definitely worth the wait. Expect a wait time of 30 minutes to an hour due to its popularity, but it's well worth it. It's a pretty small place but can seat a lot. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Personally, I tried the Swing Pork Belly, Yo-In-Style Ramen Noodles, Beef and Enoki Cabbage Soup, and Black Fish Fillet with Szechuan Pickles. The Swing Pork Belly with its incredible garlic sauce and the Beef and Enoki Cabbage Soup with the perfect amount of spice and meat were standouts. If I could dine at Mountain House for every meal, I definitely would.”

Euno
“This best spot for date night and hosting out of town guests! We absolutely love this place and never get tired of coming for dinner. They always have amazing specials and the staff is always so friendly. The first time we came here we had just moved back from the west coast and we left feeling like family. Everything from the apps, wine, and homemade pasta dishes are great. I love their bolognese personally and my husband is a huge fan of chicken parm. Highly recommend checking Euno out next time you’re in the north end.”
“As an avid phone-eats-first person, it goes to show how incredible the food was that the only picture I have is of our last few scrumptious bites of coelho drizzled in honey. Diana was an amazing host, and we wouldn’t have had as good of an experience without Mynor’s hospitality.Dietary restrictions: There are plenty of kosher options for the meats”
“We got the salmon cups, which was very hearty and yummy! We also got the Botan Ebi Ikura and the Miso Butter Cod and another handroll which I forgot but all were so fresh and delicious in their own ways. We did have to wait 20 minutes to be seated since it is a small space, but it was totally worth it!”

Porto
“We waited 20 minutes before flagging down waiter to order cocktails. The waiter wanted to take our dinner order at the same time but we refused as we wanted time to enjoy cocktails The food was good but not exceptional.”
“The lobster rolls here are expensive, but given the quality and the portion size, they are worth it. There must have been a pound of lobster meat in my roll! The clam chowder is the best I've has in a while. The cole slaw was just the way I like it: creamy and crunchy. There is limited seating inside. You order and pay at the counter, then they bring the food to your table. This is not a fancy place, but the food is really good!”
“Eventide Fenway absolutely had the most amazing food I’ve ever tasted. Carefully crafted seafood cuisine, raw bar and great cocktails. I hear that there is a mothership location in Maine. I’ll try that too one day. PERFECTION! Great staff too”
“I visit Boston on business 5 to 6 times each year. This is my second visit to Publico and it has become one of my favorite restaurants in the South Boston and Seaport areas. The food is excellent (the corn beef and eggs was amazing today), the people are friendly and professional. Met the owner today - thanks Theo, you made an excellent experience even better.”

“Amazing food all around, from chicken to steak to vegetarian entrees among our group. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Our waitress went above and beyond, taking photos of our group which was celebrating a big birthday.”

“One of the better north end restaurants. The pork chop was tender, flavorful and well prepared. I had two Negroni's the first lacked the "proper" vermouth (Antica Formula), IMHO.”

“Always cozy and friendly vibes, exciting wine list (yes it's all natural wines, and I don't like wines super natty, but there's a lot of variety for everyone!).”
“Excellent beer with a focus on IPA, though their fruited options were great as well. Food was on point with plenty of options. Oyster special is an amazing deal and were very fresh. Large merch selection with quality clothing too.”
“Great service, excellent food, and a delightful selection of ouzo and tsipouro, Kava gives off a clean, modern vibe while remaining friendly, unique, and authentically Greek. Highly recommend a visit, even if you just stop by the bar.”
“Stopped in since this was right next to our hotel. The steak frites was pretty tender and the fries/mashed potatoes were great. The steak tips on the other hand weren’t the best - very chewy and cooked way past what I ordered.”
“This was a really good restaurant. Very authentic Italian cuisine. Food was all amazing. Jeff, our waiter was the nicest most cordial man I've ever met has a very sociable personality. He gave us good recommendations on what to order and was very accommodating. You could close your eyes and point to any random dish on this menu and you will NEVER be disappointed. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.”

“Honestly really pleasantly surprised considering it wasn’t that busy on a Saturday night. Food was great, service was attentive and friendly without being overbearing, and atmosphere was nice. Would definitely come ”
“Enjoyed being with my sister for lunch but wasn't too impressed with this place. A meatless taco salad. Also the server seemed annoyed when we asked for something. Food was mediocre at best. My first restaurant experience in Boston was disappointing.”

Piccolo Nido
“I love this place- as does everyone I have taken here! Start with that it is off the Main Street, which gets one to take a walk through the beautiful North End. Then, it's not touristy. Instead- it's like finding a small restaurant in Italy. It's quiet, but feels like home. The menu isn't large, but the food is always spot on. Whether it's appetizers, pasta, meat or fish--- always great. Last time I asked them to accommodate my restricted diet and Pino (the owner) served up an amazing meal! Maria was our waitress and she was great, and as an Italian born local, was able to give us some great details about the area and perspective as well.I highly recommend this place -- and can't wait to go back!!”

Cafe Sauvage
“A very nice discovery! Delicious cuisine in a friendly and cozy atmosphere. Welcome in French more than friendly! Absolutely worth discovering whether you are American or French!”
“Food came out very quickly. When the food was served they also gave us several bottles of various sauces to use at our discretion, which as a sauce enjoyer I greatly appreciated. The fried chicken and pulled BBQ chicken were both excellent, especially with sauce. The restaurant is certainly a bit noisy and active but the food will quickly absorb your attention.”
“Highly recommended place in the Italian neighborhood. Be careful that there are no pizzas but the rest is very good, very delicious pasta, shrimp and clams. Very good treatment from the waiter who was Colombian. ”

“Lunch is an exceptional value. This is best seafood in Seaport. Staff service level is top notch. I have enjoyed dinner here and choice is much larger but value at lunch is worth eating early.”
“I never go out to get an American dinner, but this place exceeded my expectations! We got the mushroom pizza (spectacular, good amount of sauce and toppings), the burrata pizza (good when it's hot and immediately after it is delivered to table, the apple salad (phenomenal, good about of sauce and excellent assortment of toppings), and the Caesar (classic Caesar nothing too special). But the item that stood out the most was the TRUFFLE FRIES. Best truffle fries Ive had in a very long time. Great fries and the seasoning was above and beyond. didn't come with an aoili dipping sauce oddly, but i was super content with the fries alone. super flavorful and had the right about of everything on it.”
“Outstanding experience across the board…thanks to Mike Murphy for making it happen. Rachel & Rosie were awesome!! High energy, great FOOD, fabulous drinks in a very fun setting on the Pier.”

Black Lamb
“The lamb burger was excellent. Went in for a quick bite and our waiter was kind enough to split our shared meal - the lamb burger and fries with truffle - on two plates and maintained the presentation and quality of the food. But the real winner of the night were the two homemade cookies we took home. My only complaint of the evening was the back corner of the restaurant we were seated in was a little too dark for my liking. Overall though, a solid place for dinner.”
“My favorite restaurant we live in Southern NH I will only go there to eat in Boston just there yesterday for Lunch , Food and Service is outstanding we also had our daughters wedding there. Staff and food was amazing service is very professional no other place I rather be while visiting Boston will always come back”
“On a recent trip to Boston, we stopped by an iconic seafood and fresh lobster restaurant called James Hook + Co. You might know it ? because it’s won many awards for Best Lobster Roll, as well as Traveler’s Choice, among many other national awards.“Since 1925, James Hook & Co., founded by Grandfather James Hook and his sons, has been a pioneering force in the lobster industry."Restaurants that are THAT steeped in history always are on my radar, so lunch at James Hook + Co. was a must! Here are our top three suggestions on what you should order when you’re there:? Double Stuffed Scallop: I’ve lived in New England for almost 14 years and in that time, have become obsessed with any sort of stuffed shellfish. This seafood stuffed scallop is BEYOND - I can’t even begin to explain to you how delicious it was. A bright balance of acid from the lemon and the sweet scallop meat, paired with the delicious seasoned crumbs on top makes it an appetizer I want to have over and over again!? Shrimp & Corn Chowder: The ideal way to warm up on a New England spring day that promises to be warm but really just delivers cloudy weather and chilly temps mind day, ha! This chowder was packed with flavor! Lobster Roll: The star of the show, this lobster roll was top-notch! The sweet lobster meat was stuffed into a grilled bun, and the lobster salad itself was perfectly tossed in mayonnaise and secret signature seasonings, which elevated it to the next level. It was also served very cold, and that contrast with the bread was lovely!Five stars ⭐️ to James Hook + Co. for delivering not only outstanding food, but great service and ambiance! I can’t wait to take my family there this summer when they visit!”

Toscano
“Toscano is my family's favorite gathering place. We have visited both the Harvard Square location and the Charles Street location. Toscano provides an atmosphere of relaxed elegance and outstanding service. Guests are made to feel special with plenty of attention to service and yet time to have quiet conversations during the meal. The menu is always topnotch and the servers provide detailed info to assist with selections. Toscano is everything you could want for a memorable night out.”

“WOWOW a must go in Boston. This place does not disappoint. Literally everything was delicious. All the appetizers were fried to perfection with a light tasting batter. The curry beef udon was SO GOOD. Savory and delicious. The curry taste was perfect, not overbearing. The udon was cooked well, not too soft nor hard. The kanten dessert was a nice and light dessert. Not too sweet. The decor inside is adorable. The flowers and banners really make a difference. It was a lil spot that made me feel like I was jumping into Japan. Service was fast. We didn't have to wait too long for our group of 6. Very accommodating. If you make a reservation, make sure to be on time. They are strict which is understandable because it's a small space. Super great! If you are in Boston, you gotta try this place!!”
“This high-end sushi restaurant offers exceptionally fresh fish and top-notch service. Our party of six opted for the family-style dining experience, and we were all delighted by the incredible dishes served. Each dish was truly amazing, showcasing the chef's skill and the quality of the ingredients.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with outstanding sushi.”
“What an incredible experience as my wife and celebrated our anniversary. We were made to feel special from the very first moment we arrived through dinner and coffee/dessert. If you have a special occasion coming out, this is the place to come.”
“Beet salad was missing the “cranberry yogurt” and tasted like it was marinated in cider vinegar. Flavor profile was not congruent. Atmosphere was great. Steak frites and lobster roll delicious.”
“The food was delicious, The service was wonderful, very nice and friendly people. Although I didn't see it on the menu, I asked the bartender about the French 75, which is my favorite drink, and I'm quite picky about it. THEY MADE THE BEST FRECH 75 that I had in Boston. Highly recommended!”
“This was the best spot to have our Mother’s Day. We enjoyed every bite! This was our first time there. Our waiter was really on point. Service overall was awesome. Thank you for a great experience!”
“Crowded on a Tuesday night so we knew this was the place to go! Low key vibe with the most unique and creative vegan Ramen and Sushi ever. True Umami. YUM. Will be back for sure!”

La Summa
“An amazing place. Food was top notch, staff was extremely attentive, and we got surprised with some third party Italian singers from the community. If I could give six stars I would!”
“A good variety of classic and experimental flavours! They do fruit baked goods very well, and the coffee is great as well. The shop itself is very nice but incredibly busy, so best to take things to go i think.”

Bar Volpe
“With attentive service and a warm atmosphere, it's the perfect spot for a romantic date night or gathering with friends. Don't miss the chance to indulge in the culinary delights of Bar Volpe – it's a true gem waiting to be discovered.”

Picco
“Okay, so we had a party of nine and the hostess seemed overwhelmed and annoyed by our large party but accommodated us. Not gonna lie, stopped in here because of proximity to our destination and because Portnoy gave it an 8.5 on OneBite. Needless to say we opted for a small 'Roni. Pizza was up quicker than I could finish a pint of cool, cold Peroni. Definitely a solid pie; wicked crispy bottom and crust and the sauce and cheese were fresh and tasty. Service was shaky (maybe they were understaffed or short a body) but $48 for 4 drinks and a pizza in Boston felt fair enough on the wallet.”
83
Ocean Prime
“Lives up to the hype! Amazing food, nice atmosphere and a ridiculous wine list. Great place for a couples dinner or a night out with friends. The only negative I can think of was that service can be pretty slow on weekends and some of the wait staff can be pretty pushy, other than that its great.”

O Ya
“such a nice place to go in Boston if you want an elegant environment, good cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere. It's open until 1ish am. Give it a go if you are in Boston!”

Ostra
“Ate here again, 7 years later. What an Excellent dinner. Not cheap by any means, but service was top notch and the food/wine/cocktails were all delicious. I would not be surprised if this place is handed a Michelin star in the future. Go here for a special occasion - you will not be disappointed.”

Futago Udon
“TL;DR: Udon place with lots of variety of cold and hot noodles, and so good!Stopped by here for a quick bite for dinner and was very impressed. I had never had cold udon noodles before, and it was great!Interior is cute with some nice decor and plenty of seating. Service was nice, quick, and attentive.FOOD:~Cold Uni Udon (5/5): Cold dish! I love uni and ikura, so this hit the spot. The broth/sauce was a dashi flavor. Mixed it all up and was the perfect balance of umami and salty. The coldness of the dish really ensured the integrity of the udon noodles, and they were so perfectly chewy~Sukiyaki Udon (5/5): Hot dish! Tasted like hot pot! The beef was very tender and had a decent amount of cabbaged that was perfectly braised. I loved this dish. This is definitely a must try!”
“So nice black pasta!Since the room in the restaurant is compact, we, 4 adults and 5 kids worried about we couldn't get in there. But the staff kindly prepared a table so that we could really enjoy the outstanding pasta.Kid-friendliness: They have a chair for kids.”
“Cute place with southern style cooking was very accommodating for our vegetarian. They were able to take the brisket out of the Mac and cheese. Burrata can be ordered without ham. Carrots salad was delicious too!”
“Went for my first time the other night. My friend and I Had the spiked mango lassi with boba, hibiscus House soda, red oil dumplings, pork belly buns, and not pictured were two bowls of pho. Overall loved the experience. Server was new but did a great job. Service was quick and timely. They kept our water cups topped off the whole time which was appreciated. I want to try the ramen next so I'll add the fifth star when I come back again!”

“Relaxed, modern, and inviting environment right down the street from Boston Commons. Delicious beer and tasty food. This time my wife and I had some Birria Tacos that were very good. My wife also got a flight of their beers and all of them were delicious! Definitely recommend.I had the Seeing Red and loved it. Very mild flavor that isn’t too overwhelming. Will definitely be returning!Vegetarian options: Plenty of salads and other vegetarian optionsDietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegan options availableParking: It’s downtown Boston. Parking garages and street parking if you’re luckyKid-friendliness: Bar environment but kids are welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible for wheelchairs”

“Quite good. We enjoyed the wine flights and the carpaccio was delicious. All of the pasta dishes sounded great, difficult to narrow it down but I got the black truffle mushroom ravioli which was great.”
“This place had the best chicken Parmesan we had ever eaten. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place that was not too far from our hotel. Our waitress was so kind and attentive.”
“We took it to go before we drove back home to Philly and ate at our hotel room. The lobster rolls were excellent and the clam chowder was as well. Highly recommend. We will be back next time we r in Boston.”

“Clean dive bar with a creative menu and board games. If the food names don’t make you laugh like the “mancakes” meat infused pancakes, playing board games sure will! This is a great place for a kid-friendly brunch. The menu is mounted on the walls. Place your order at the kitchen window and choose a game.I got the mushrooms and spinach omelette with home fries and rye toast. We grabbed coffee from Fuel next door.
“Amazing! Just like it's been for 40 years. We used to go back in the day when it was in Kenmore Square. The move to JP hasn't changed it at all. Great late-night grub.”
“This is a nice place for some casual outdoor drinking. There was no line to get in when I went around 9pm on the Sunday before Labor Day. A bunch of tables were open too. I just wish the cocktails tasted a little better”
“Stopped here late night and I was surprised that they are open 24 hours a day. We tried a couple of the arancini balls, cookies and cannolis and all were good. It does get a little chaotic on a late Saturday night as they need a door man to control the head count in the store and it does have a small stressful buying experience.”
“Another great evening at Carrie Nation. Delicious food, great selection of wines and cocktails. This was a live band night playing at the restaurant and attracted a more youthful and energetic crowd than usual. The speakeasy is a must to chill out after dinner. Missed the jazz vibes but will come back a Friday night.”
“Great service, excellent food, and a delightful selection of ouzo and tsipouro, Kava gives off a clean, modern vibe while remaining friendly, unique, and authentically Greek. Highly recommend a visit, even if you just stop by the bar.”
“My friends and I were having a showing of a film at an art space down the street and decided to grab food. Top marks for Top Mix!! People are so friendly and the chef should be on the Food Network!! Coming back soon!!”
“There is a time when you know the second the enter a cafe that it is going to be a good one. Tatte did that for me in that very first second. The energy, the sounds, the taste of fresh pastry in the air blended with the grained coffee were just what I was looking for. Victoria, one of the cafe staff was warm and welcoming. As I was sitting on the bistra bar drinking a great cup of real barista coffee, I noticed the waiters and waitress laughing and having a good time. It was just a great experience to take part in. Highly recommended.”
“amazing job this morning to one of the managers there who i believe told me his name is Jose Amazing customer service and the first time experience this man have given me super friendly staff there Hands down the best Food ive tasted their grill cook she knows what she doing :)”
“1st time here, Th nite vibes were low key& most guests were outside on patio. Our server, Robert, was ? great and friendly. My pal& I ordered a couple of drink rounds, the fondue for 2& wings. Obviously the drinks hike up the price, but overall decent value for tasty food. The fondue was a Perfect choice for a light eat for 2& we actually took home leftovers. Will return!”
“Such a unique combination of flavors. Every dish we had was great from the Jack Fruit Sliders to the Yassa Chicken to the Jerk Duck. Just delicious. Oh, and the drinks were great too.”
“Was lucky to randomly check this place out and meet the owner/chef Vance. Nice guy who gave me a brief history of the joint and told me about the Pastelitos, aka empanadas. So I tried the chicken empanada and it was DELICIOUS! My margarita was Strong too. Check this place out!”
“I can think of few events in my life that have completely upended my view of the world: the birth of my son, the death of my father, and my first bite of Ruggles Pizza. A monument to the culinary achievements of man, Ruggles Pizza reinvigorated my faith in Christ, for only He could have bestowed upon us a magnum opus meliorating this algid world. If only every man, woman, and child broke bread around a Ruggles Pizza feast, war and starvation would be mere figments of our mortal imaginations. When Hell opens its ugly maw and consumes humanity, Ruggles Pizza will be the last bastion of the radiant splendor we have built on planet Earth.I have lived a long toilsome life and my days are numbered. On many occasions I wonder if God still sits in His heaven, or if He has abandoned us---left us astray to the lonesome rocks and strident winds of the world. Perhaps, He is not with us. Perhaps, we may yet see a deus ex machina---or, rather, perhaps we have built one.”

“It was amazing to dine in this historic restaurant. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Tried the lobster roll and it was pretty good. Also enjoyed the complimentary corn bread.”
“3/31/24 Visit--Wonderful restaurant in the North End of Boston. We were seated right away. The staff was friendly and attentive. Started with the cold antipasto platter. Eggplant caponata , sauteed broccoli rabe, sauteed escarole, roasted peppers, fresh mozzarella, mushrooms and zucchini. The chicken parmesan was cooked to perfection and the Cacio pepe may have been the best I've had. Fresh parmigiano with black pepper, fantastic! Additionally, the penne Amatriciana (pancetta, onions and tomato) and the Ravioli with wild mushrooms and black truffle cream were also great. Totally pleased and we will be back again.2018 --For a busy place, the food was excellent along with the service. Veal milinase, gnocchi were fantastic along with the meatball appetizer that was off the charts good.”
“We had the pleasure of Jack at our table providing genuine hospitality, as we requested that he should order for our table of 12. He executed perfectly and our guests were able to just enjoy the company and ambiance. Food was amazing and just what we needed to have the full experience.”
“Wife and I went at around 3:00. We didn't want anything heavy because we didn't want to ruin dinner, but Legals was right there so we couldn't NOT eat there ?.Wife got the fish tacos which were DELICIOUS. She loved them!I ended up asking if it was possible to modify a salad by adding sautéed chicken. They were more than willing, and the chef came out to ask what type of chicken meat I wanted, how I wanted it prepared and if I wanted it sliced on the salad.I kind of felt bad for ordering something different, but the chef and waitress seemed genuinely excited to make what I wanted. It was delicious, chicken was AMAZING and the salad was so fresh and crispy with no bitterness or inconsistency. Everything was so fresh, and it made me unreasonably happy. They only charged me for a regular extra topping on the salad, too, so I made sure to leave a good tip to say thanks.”
“Legal Seafoods is the ideal spot for a team lunch, offering a broad menu that caters to all preferences. They provide relatively fast service, making it a great option if you're on a tight schedule and need to return to work within an hour. Additionally, you can enjoy the stunning harbor view, enhancing the dining experience.”
“Excellent service and food in a unique 200+ year old building. Joseph knew the menu well and had lots of information on the offerings. I had the king salmon dish and it was excellently prepared. This is a more expensive restaurant.”
“Charming little place. So many great menu options. The smoked salmon avocado toast and the yogurt and fruit cup were terrific. Would love to try more items, all the dishes looked great. Staff was friendly and efficient as well.”
“Beautiful restaurant, excellent service, late night menu with limited, but delicious options! Everything was great, except for the bathrooms. They were unbelievably filthy, trash everywhere, disgusting. Management needs to have someone empty the trash and clean up every so often.”
“Dinned In and Tried the(Gnocchi Con Spezzatino Di Vitello) Glad I did! It was Amazing.Smooth Atmosphere !Smooth Table !Delicious Food !And Fast Service !That's What's Up !Kevin , Reid , Jason , Aiden Michael , Mike , Shakiraa and The Team Are Very,~ Friendly & Respectful”
“We were trying to get into a restaurant our hotel recommended but they were over-booked with a wait list of reservations. So we kept walking and found Joe's. I told my husband if they had lobster mac and cheese I was sold, he did not see the lobster add-on but I was pleasantly surprised when we went in and they had it. The lobster mac and cheese was fantastic, with sufficient lobster for the noodles, the drinks were great, service was friendly and fast, and our water never ran out. I would go back.”
“It's in a great area that was fairly quiet for a Friday afternoon. The building is beautiful and they had a great bar. plenty of seating and the service was good. We only had an appetizer so I can't really say one way or the other how the food is. But I would try it again.”
“Terra was amazing. I ordered orange wine, espresso martini, the pollo and bread and oil. Everything was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect for a solo lunch trip, but I could see how this would be awesome for large groups.”
“Great food, service, ambiance, and music! We had the baby gem salad, white bean dip, roasted chicken, lobster gnocchi, NY strip steak, Branzino fish (really good!), and assorted cocktails. All were tasty! We never felt rushed. Only suggestion--a few more pita with the white bean dip. As guests in Boston the night before the race, this was a special, local spot with charm and character. Thanks!!”
“Me and my husband came here for our anniversary, and it was by far the best restaurant we’ve been to. The atmosphere was very fancy, the food was absolutely amazing and our server was so nice! We ordered a few different things, but highly recommend the crab cakes and steak tartare. Their appetizer bread was crazy good. Although pricey, you 100% get what you pay for. Can’t wait to come back!”
“We did a walk-in (without a reservation) and despite it being extremely busy the front of house staff could not have been more helpful. We were offered seats at the bar but with full meal options. The bar staff were also keen to assist and made you immediately at ease. We ordered the Fishermen’s Platter and the Salmon with a couple of glasses of wine. The platter in particular was an extremely large portion, which the bar staff later said many people share as the main course. In terms of quality both dishes were excellent, in particular the cod in the platter was so soft. What also makes this a great total dining experience is the atmosphere in the restaurant. The lively chatter forms a subtle background rather than an overwhelming din which becomes infectious into the eating experience. Yes the prices are higher than standard restaurants but for a special meal or where you want to impress or just share a great experience, then I highly recommend it for you.”

“Good food, freindly serviceThank you Beantown Kabab.Gyro and Baklava was realy good and fresh.Wrap bread was really realy good. Was to bussy, wait some minutes but its ok.I love what i eat. They was realy nice and explaining food details.THANK YOU .Vegetarian options: Large vegeterian selection.”
“The employees are so kind here! I got the falafel gyro and it was fantastic, atmosphere is warm and welcoming and I walked out fat and happy. Definitely recommend.”
“I ordered three pizzas from here and they were fresh and delicious!!! The crust was thin on the bottom and not too fat around the edge. It also wasn't overly salty. I will definitely go back. The owner was very friendly! It was also an easy place to pick up my order by car.”
“Man the food here was amazing I love the Thai spicy MazeSoba. The texture of the noodles were perfect and the sauce was so flavorful. The hamachi sushi roll was also a must and was delicious. At the end of your bowl you get a bowl of rice to finish your sauce. The service was great the waiters were attentive and friendly. Inside was very beautiful the art was cool and I love the colors of the restaurant. The noodles were a bit pricey but it was worth it.”
“Love the customer service, great Black owned Business. Nice Art on the Walls and health yet great options for something sweat. Love the Acai bowls and the drinks are something worth tryingVegetarian options: Most things are vegetarian by default like acai bowls, milkshakes and ice cream just because it would be werid if they had meat in it.Dietary restrictions: Non-dairy options great for those who can't have dairy”
“I was able to enjoy restaurant week prices 2 times in a day! This was the second place I hit up and I liked it here! Dinner is $55 for a three-course meal, and I think that's a deal for dinner prices. Thank god for restaurant week, because it's not a lot off but still one can enjoy saving a few bucks here and there. I owed my chum a birthday meal, and I was chuffed she enjoyed her meal. We ended up getting something different to share and our mains were amazing! You can't go wrong with either the fried chicken or the steak. Both great and delicious in their own ways and a very generous portion for both dishes. The fried chicken was crispy, flavorful and juicy. The crispy skin is everything. The steak was tender and smothered in deep rich dark gravy with crispy fries. The chowder was creamy and rich while the caesar salad was fresh and tangy. Our desserts were decadent and we were very happy and full people at the end of the meal and we had left overs too. This place is a winner! I'll absolutely come back for dinner and if they had lunch, I'd come for lunch too.”
“Love this new location easy to get to from my apartment and went there with a friend for dinner. Their Buffalo Chicken Pizza is the bomb and a must try. Also their Pina Colada was great that I ended it doing two rounds. Being on two floors there is plenty of space for big gatherings or small because on the second floor there is a room that can be closed off with a private bathroom. I already have plans to go back again soon. In total there are four bars. One on the first floor and three on the second floor.”
“I got them on Uber eats but I feel compelled to write this because this my second order and their flavors and food is on point. I live a pretty hectic life and the last thing I need is takeout that’s lackluster. If you want comfort food where you are still eating good for good price, Maaz is it! Their spicy chicken sandwich hits the spot and their lamb and chicken rice plates too!! You gotta try them once and you’ll be hooked!!! I’ll be coming back to try more foods! I would post photos but I just inhaled my sandwich ? someone give the cooks a hug for me”
“Jules was a fabulous server who exceeded our expectations, and the food was incredible. Steaks were cooked to perfection, and the appetizers and sides were all terrific. Highly recommend! The DJ was a nice touch also. Thanks for a great night!”
“I got the baby peach smoothie drink with crystal boba. I thought the sugar level was pretty good, if not a little high. I was a little taken aback by the price, the drink with crystal boba cost $9 total. They were also sold out of almost every croissant and every box cake when I went. However, in their defense, the peach taste of the drink was very fresh and not overpowering. But with all the other boba shops in the area, zero& definitely stands out as having very unique flavors. I hope to try their cakes and croissants next time!”
“Recommend their Korean fish cake soup and barley tea and the rice punch. The purple potato fries are also good. It's nice that they open late and you can order Uber eats from this place for late night snacks. The soup complements the food. And their food always seem to be freshly made and prepped carefully. Although there were times they miss parts of the order from time to time, you can see they do pay close attention to details for food preparation. Not sure why they got a bad review from someone saying the price is steep. Compared to other places, the price is okay. They also have deals on Uber eats pretty often and they are more like tapas style snacks, which I think is at the right price and nice when you get combos to try variety of food. I think it would be nice to have an option for rice punch with pulp. Not sure why but maybe they got complaints about the rice pulp in the rice punch by some people who don't understand that it's supposed to have rice in it and can't appreciate the drink as it's supposed to be. But it doesn't feel whole without bits of rice pulp.”
“What a shame I didn't discover this place sooner. Very good atmosphere, charming service and great quality of food.We had dinner at the bar and I enjoyed the experience many times. The Oysters are very top. We also ordered tuna and sea bass tartare.I will repeat for sure”
