Somenya Boston Reviews
Delicious food, fast and friendly service! Highly recommended!
A great place to get a warm meal! Drove 2 hours to get lunch here, and it was well worth it. Very friendly staff, plenty of options to choose from for food, all around a great experience. Will definitely be back in the near future!
they have very good udon (and our friends love their rice bowls too!) also i just want to highlight that their drink prices are very fair and the restaurant is very clean

Based on the reviews, Somenya Boston is a cozy and cute place in Chinatown with a very aesthetic interior filled with pretty, Japanese decor. The atmosphere is lovely and clean, perfect for photos. The food is fresh, delicious, and filling. The cold soba is really tasty, and the Koji chicken is a must, with an amazing soft, juicy, crispy, and pillowy texture. The spicy cold snow crab udon is flavorful, and the duck udon noodles have crispy and juicy duck. The broth is light and enjoyable. However, the hot spicy beef udon has very little meat. The service is quick, fast, and efficient, with a nice and attentive server. It is on the smaller side and busy on weekends, so there may be a wait. It is pricier than other places but worth the splurge.
