“Great place for food and drinks in Boston. The food quality is much better than your average food court and alcohol is available. It's not as large as the one in Lisbon but there's still a decent variety of food choices. We had lunch there prior to a Red Sox game and went there for supper after the game. The place was not overly busy both times so it was easy to find seating.Overall, we prefer the Time Out Market over the High Street Place food hall downtown. At Time Out Market your food is served on real plates with proper cutlery and the beer comes in a glass. At High Street Place, your food is served in takeout containers with plastic cutlery and draft beer in a plastic cup.“

I came here by myself and arrived a few minutes early- everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive from the moment I stepped in.I ate at the bar and the service was again warm and attentive. The food is phenomenal. It's not inexpensive but it is worth every cent.Seems odd to recommend the asparagus at a seafood restaurant- but have the asparagus! Perfectly cooked and flavorful. I'm not sure if it was because they didn't turn on the AC or if we just had an unfortunate seat that wasn't receiving any of that cool air. We got the mushroom pizza (spectacular, good amount of sauce and toppings), the burrata pizza (good when it's hot and immediately after it is delivered to table, the apple salad (phenomenal, good about of sauce and excellent assortment of toppings), and the Caesar (classic Caesar nothing too special). But the item that stood out the most was the TRUFFLE FRIES. Best truffle fries Ive had in a very long time. “Ocean Prime came highly recommended to me by a number of people when I was planning my husbands’s surprise 40th dinner party. I had never been there before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in knowing it was pricey and upscale which was fitting for the special occasion. Let me just say we had an absolutely incredible night. We had a larger party and Yasmin helped me plan the event and accommodated all of us. The hostess was even in on the surprise as she pretended to seat us for 2 when we arrived. Anthony was our server and he was so incredibly patient and fun and very very efficient. He and Yasmin made this a night to remember and I was able to relax knowing that everything was being taken care of behind the scenes. We were even given a private room which we did not expect at all and that made our experience that much better. The food and atmosphere were just so great and so special. We will be coming back for sure and recommend Ocean Prime to anyone who is looking to have more of fancy/upscale experience in the Seaport. It was perfection!“

Went in for a quick bite and our waiter was kind enough to split our shared meal - the lamb burger and fries with truffle - on two plates and maintained the presentation and quality of the food. But the real winner of the night were the two homemade cookies we took home. My only complaint of the evening was the back corner of the restaurant we were seated in was a little too dark for my liking. Overall though, a solid place for dinner.“

We went to Pescador tonight and it was so very bad we paid the check, left the food and went back to the Summer Shack because it was so incredibly good. “It’s been a long time since I last dined here and it was just as amazing as I remember. We loved all of the food here—excellent and of a high caliber. We started with the oysters which were (I think) the best oysters I’ve ever had. They brought out bread afterwards with freshly scooped butter. Might be some of the best rolls and butter I’ve had too. The bread, lightly salted on top, was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. The butter, which melts into the bread as you spread it, had notes of honey in it too adding an extra sweetness. Top tier.All of the entrees were stellar, and one thing I loved was how appropriate the portion sizes were. We finished everything and were content without being overly full. The steak was cooked and seasoned to perfection with mashed potatoes. The creamy carbonara was flavorful with the squash. The branzino was also cooked perfectly and came with tasty sides. And lastly the scallops had a great sauce and went well with the mushrooms.We tried the date cake and chocolate soufflé for dessert but it wasn’t anything crazy or over the top. They don’t have a pastry chef.Lastly I’ll comment on the decor as the vibe was quiet and nice with fun pictures hanging around. The back door is also connected to a speakeasy!“

Also, I moved to a table, and our server there was just as exceptional. I didn't get her name either, but her section was the hight tops diagonal from the bar, against the windows, near the door. The food was a little over-seasoned for my taste. Instead of tasting each thing in my dish (the crispy tofu in the lettuce wraps, or the potatoes and clams in the chowder) I mostly tasted the sauce and the seasonings. Drinks were also very expensive. But, that's to be expected for a restaurant of this calibre in the seaport.“

“It took me 2 years to get to Lenox Sophia and I am kicking myself for not having made it there sooner now! What a fantastic experience from the moment we stepped in the door to the moment we waddled out with full bellies. We sat at the counter and what fun to be near the (sparkling clean) kitchen and watch the chefs at work. They were calm and coordinated even thought the place was full; you can tell Chef Mei has worked in Keller kitchens. We ordered the omnivores and veg menu and were able to alter the veg menu to have fish course from the omnivore side. I am super glad I did because the red perch was perfect with the light cornmeal crust (pretty sure it was cornmeal) and the zing of the perfectly pickled mussels. I can't get the perfect consistency of the celeriac course out of my mind. We got a special treat of the beet tartar. My mouth is watering again thinking of it. The cracker was the perfect complement and as a beet lover, I say this with respect... It didn't have the earthiness that some folks don't like about beets but I think it highlighted beets well. Basically, I think Chef Mei did some magic. You can probably tell I can keep going about the dinner. And I haven't even touched on the service which was exceptional. Knowledgeable, attentive without being too much (which isn't easy in a small space). Needless to say at this point probably, but I will be going back to Lenox Sophia!“

“Came to Boston from NH for a weekend away with my husband. I researched restaurants for days and ended up picking the Tip Tap Room for our dinner meal. The bread with rosemary butter was to die for!!! I got the bourbon bbq steak tips, apple salsa, and sweet potatoes. I ordered medium rare but they arrived medium well. My husband got the steak frites, ordered medium well. His came out rare. We informed our server right away. They replaced my steak tips but my husband was full at that point and left other rare steak tip behind. We were surprised to see we each received half off our meals due to the mistake. We certainly did not expect this as mistakes happen, but were so grateful. Such a kind gesture. We are definitely going to come back again and we appreciate your kindness and hospitality!“
