“Left another place to come here because the customer service was bad. What a 180. Citizen staff was friendly, great w/suggestions and helped secure me a seat at their busy bar. Had two great cocktails and a delicious pepper seared filet. Well done Citizen Pub!! I will be back!“

“Perfect little spot to go after the aquarium. In walking distance. My fiance and our little birthday girl came in from Wareham today. The birthday girl was fussy at first. But our server was fantastic. We sat outside. Beautiful little spot. Food was good. Service was quick. Prices were typical for the city area. And the server gave our birthday girl a miniature yellow rubber ducky which cheered her up quick 😊 Thanks for a lovely lunch Granary Tavern!!“

“Last weekend, my wife and I visited Boston. What a beautiful city! 💚 However, one of the highlights of our trip was discovering this wonderful restaurant. We absolutely loved the food and, most importantly, the outstanding service.

I especially want to recognize Luisa Fernanda, who, even though she wasn’t our server, was incredibly attentive, kind, and gave us excellent recommendations. Her warm personality and willingness to help made our experience even more special. We would honestly come back just because of the amazing hospitality she showed us!

“I only had a drink with a friend but it was a very good him and tonic in nice glassware. The atmosphere was bustling but not overly loud. The service was very attentive but not intrusive. It was clean and homey. I will be back for the food which looked very good.“

“We were in town for 3 days and literally visited here every day. Paul was our primary bartender (also other amazing folks behind the bar) and he is what brought us back each day. The drinks, wings and pizza were superb. Great atmosphere with the front windows open and fresh air. Super place to visit and have a great time.“

“Food isn't bad but doesn't feel super Korean. For instance, I got the tofu parm, which was a really good fried tofu, but it was more Italian fusion. Calamari and tots were great, also didn't feel Korean. Note, if you are sensitive to sensory things, the decor will not be good for you. Lights and wallpapered ceiling made me feel overwhelmed.“

“My wife and I came in before a concert at MGM Music Hall for a great meal— tasty and unique tropical cocktails, incredibly well-seasoned and beautifully prepared dishes (smash burger for me: get the spicy fries! and the ramen for my wife) and awesome service. 10/10! We’ll be back soon.“

“Connolly’s Publik House at Hilton Boston Logan Airport was a treat.
There are several restaurant options at the Hilton, along with a convenient grab-and-go station in the lobby. I chose Connolly’s, which had a relaxed atmosphere and a section with views through the exterior windows. The venue has muted light, dark wood tables, and has that pub-like feel that I enjoy when decompressing on trips. There’s a decent-sized bar with chairs, then a secondary bar table for people to congregate around. I imagine it get’s quite busy on some nights and for folks wanting more of a bar feel, this is perfect for them. I chose a booth.
Service was a little confusing at first. I went to the bar to order, then was told if I wasn’t sitting at the bar I should wait for the waitress at the table (basically go sit down, said very politely and nicely). I had scoped out the room and hadn’t seen a server or waitress, which is why I went to the bar. I sat back down in a large plush booth, with high backs for privacy – I really liked the style – and the bartender yelled for the waitress and she came right out. After the initial confusion, the service was fantastic. My waitress was a veteran of her trade and was excellent. The food was also very good, and when I asked which plate was good the waitress helped guide the selection and she was spot on (one of the pizzas). The Sam Adam’s beer I had was good, although by the second I realized there were more hops in it than I’d initially picked up on – so beware! If you’re hop sensitive! I switched to an old fashioned instead – and they made it STRONG. I wasn’t complaining. If you’re looking for a great, tasty dinner and a strong Digestif, I would strongly (haha) recommend Connolly’s.“
