“I only had the opportunity to have a single drink here. It was an old fashioned, which is so eady to make, but still usually screwed up. This was definitely a very good one, almost worth the ~$19 price. I will be back.

But speaking of backs, none of the seats have them -- those of us with back problems can't sit comfortably for long. Hence the three stars instead of five on atmosphere.“

“Last weekend, my wife and I visited Boston. What a beautiful city! 💚 However, one of the highlights of our trip was discovering this wonderful restaurant. We absolutely loved the food and, most importantly, the outstanding service.

I especially want to recognize Luisa Fernanda, who, even though she wasn’t our server, was incredibly attentive, kind, and gave us excellent recommendations. Her warm personality and willingness to help made our experience even more special. We would honestly come back just because of the amazing hospitality she showed us!

“Perfect little spot to go after the aquarium. In walking distance. My fiance and our little birthday girl came in from Wareham today. The birthday girl was fussy at first. But our server was fantastic. We sat outside. Beautiful little spot. Food was good. Service was quick. Prices were typical for the city area. “Connolly’s Publik House at Hilton Boston Logan Airport was a treat.
There are several restaurant options at the Hilton, along with a convenient grab-and-go station in the lobby. I chose Connolly’s, which had a relaxed atmosphere and a section with views through the exterior windows. The venue has muted light, dark wood tables, and has that pub-like feel that I enjoy when decompressing on trips. There’s a decent-sized bar with chairs, then a secondary bar table for people to congregate around. I imagine it get’s quite busy on some nights and for folks wanting more of a bar feel, this is perfect for them. I chose a booth.
Service was a little confusing at first. I went to the bar to order, then was told if I wasn’t sitting at the bar I should wait for the waitress at the table (basically go sit down, said very politely and nicely). I had scoped out the room and hadn’t seen a server or waitress, which is why I went to the bar. I sat back down in a large plush booth, with high backs for privacy – I really liked the style – and the bartender yelled for the waitress and she came right out. After the initial confusion, the service was fantastic. My waitress was a veteran of her trade and was excellent. The food was also very good, and when I asked which plate was good the waitress helped guide the selection and she was spot on (one of the pizzas). The Sam Adam’s beer I had was good, although by the second I realized there were more hops in it than I’d initially picked up on – so beware! If you’re hop sensitive! I switched to an old fashioned instead – and they made it STRONG. I wasn’t complaining. If you’re looking for a great, tasty dinner and a strong Digestif, I would strongly (haha) recommend Connolly’s.“
