The Salty Pig Reviews
Casual Italian place with fun vibes. Great for groups - plenty of shareables, charcuterie and cheese boards, pizzas. The dishes all had interesting herbs and textures. I would come back to try more of the menu.
If you’re looking for a sign to go to The Salty Pig, this is it.

Conveniently located near Back Bay Amtrak and T station, The Salty Pig offers excellent pizza and bar food, with a specialty for pizza for two. The inside has a nice vibe, and the staff is super friendly, often coming with a bottle of wine to serve on the spot. Guests can enjoy the patio and benefit from knowledgeable staff who can help with wine pairing, as well as great prosciutto. The restaurant is also close to Copley Place Mall. While drinks are a bit overpriced, the delicious food, including the highly recommended Margherita and Bianco pizzas with top-notch dough, marinara, and cheese, along with the meatballs on toasted bread, make it worth a return visit. The charcuterie board is a favorite, with options to customize, and the pasta and pizza, especially the funghi pizza, are very good. Friendly service and tasty food make The Salty Pig a good choice for casual dining, even though some service interruptions can be a bit annoying.
