This is one of our top favorite restaurants in the Boston area. Since we discovered it a couple of years ago we have been dining here wirth family and/or friends at least 10 times, and we'll keep coming. Quality and service is consistently superb. Price for the tasting boat was bit overpriced compared to other top tier sushi restaurants. Mochi desert was way off quality from the Douzo's vibe. Other than that, it was great. The Dassai 23 sake was cilled well and served in a right temperature, Uni and Toro were fresh and melting (sad they don't have o-toro at the moment), their shrimp tempura was one of the best ones I have ever had around the world including Japan. Food is excellent. The vibe is probably between average and good. It was date night for me, and we were overall very happy. Popular place, so typically a decent crowd. But the food is solid.
