“I have only had Auntie Anne's Pretzels a couple of times and each time I have love them. I read that their motto is to give back to the community and that Anne started the business to help support her husbands desire to provide free counseling services in their area. You have to love a business that cares about the community and that gives back. This location is perfect for a quick snack between flights. The staff was nice and the place was clean. I ordered a regular pretzel with a side of cheese dipping sauce. I chose the pretzel because it was freshly made. I wanted the pretzel nuggets or the jalapeno pretzel but they looked dry and unappealing in the showcase. I realize that they would have made any item that I wanted to order but I was in a hurry and the regular pretzels are very good. I did not care for the cheese sauce but in fairness I understood that it was a convenience product. They have a mobile app called Auntie Anne's My Pretzel Perks. You earn points with each purchase and once you hit 300 points you get a free pretzel. They also include special offers and a free pretzel on your birthday.“
“One Mighty Mill in Lynn, MA is awesome. Very clean, staff is friendly. Tony and Julio went above and beyond to make my residents feel welcome. Tony did an overview of how the mill works and answered all the questions we had. Great bagels !“
“The best soft pretzels I've had since I was a child! Excellent service, courteous staff, and absolutely great pretzels. One suggestion for the owner is to consider making pretzels with no salt, or other toppings like onions, garlic, or everything Bagel topping.“
“This part of the mall always smells so delicious and tempting because of Auntie Anne’s. Sometimes it can get busy, but the wait is never that long. The workers are a well-oiled machine and friendly. You can watch them make the food while you wait. My favorite is the mini pretzel dogs. I’ve tried other things like the cinnamon sugar nuggets and original nuggets before, which are also good. The food tastes best hot but can also be eaten room temperature/cold.“
“I know that you could get better soft pretzels elsewhere but Auntie Anne’s is one of my guilty pleasures. Whenever I am in the area of one I have to stop and treat myself. Thankfully before a long train trip we found this one at South Station and I am glad we did. The pretzels were still hot and for $10 the value was well worth it.“
